It should have a browser, just not necessarily IE, as in Europe where you get the option of using one of a variety of browsers.
or like in anywhere else in the world where you get the option of using one of a variety of browsers. I live in australia and actually happen to use chrome, firefox and ie on my win 7 pc. I'm also typing this comment in firefox om my work pc which uses win xp.
Had windows not come bundled with ie it would have a been a pain in the ass for me to download these other browsers.
actually, other people's posts appear on my main facebook page if i'm friends with them. i dont't have to actively seek this information. i dont know that a post is a useless ' what i ate last night' thing or something amusing/interesting. until after i have read it.
Im form Aus, the locals do not love fosters. we export that shit for others to drink. VB and carlton draught are probably our two major local beers. (other states are a bit differently, i hear they like XXXX further up north)
did you even read the articles you linked? from the first Article:
Of the claims above, the one that is going to get the most attention is the one referring to organic search results ranking. Google has long maintained that it does not in any way alter algorithmic search results and it does not favor anyone.
Many of the claims in the lawsuit sound more like a disgruntled competitor than a legitimate illegal action. Google hiring people remotely connected to buySAFE is not illegal. Nor is it trying to find more about the business.
Offering its product for free is not illegal either and neither is requiring customers to use Trusted Stores exclusively. Considering the current climate surrounding Google, this should be an interesting lawsuit to watch.
Yes they do, becuase it's an internationally recognised standard and has been for over a year.
Surprisingly Apple apparently signed the memorandum of understanding in regards to the standard regarding the standard back in Jan 2011.
According to this article Apple is looking to change to the standard. the article doesnt really cite any source or put much reasoning into why they think apple will change though so i doubt it.
they have been selling Micro-USB -> 'Apple' adaptors for a few months at leas which i would assume is their way of complying with standards instead of changing the phone connector.
there are two ways of looking that that. 1) Those clauses are part of an illegal contract and thus meaningless. (assuming that the whole contract is coided from the illegal obligation) or 2) the contract does not require any illegal activity as it explicitly states that if something is not done because it is illegal then that's okay we'll just ignore that bit and deal with the rest of the terms. therefore as nothing illegal is required it could be considered a legal contract.
IAAL....Nah not really but i used to watch Boston Legal
from this siteyes this is hardly the world leader in medical news but i trust it to not be completely false.
At first, respiratory symptoms may be relatively mild. They may include a scratchy sore throat, a burning sensation in the chest, a dry cough, and a runny nose. Later, the cough can become severe and bring up phlegm (sputum). The skin may be warm and flushed, especially on the face. The mouth and throat may redden, the eyes may water, and the whites of the eyes may become bloodshot. People, especially children, may have nausea and vomiting. A few people lose their sense of smell for a few days or weeks. Rarely, the loss is permanent.
The most common complication of influenza is pneumonia, which can be viral, bacterial, or both. In viral pneumonia, the influenza virus itself spreads into the lungs. In bacterial pneumonia, unrelated bacteria (such as pneumococci or staphylococci) attack the person's weakened defenses. With either, people may have a worsened cough, difficulty breathing, persistent or recurring fever, and sometimes blood or pus in the sputum. Pneumonia is more common among older people and among people with a heart or lung disorder. In long-term care facilities, as many as 7% of older people who develop influenza have to be hospitalized, and 1 to 4% die. Younger people with a chronic disorder are also at risk of developing severe complications.

you're probably correct on the 41,000 being incorrect, however i'd also hardly call it a "toy gun" According to the CDC
CDC estimates that from the 1976-1977 season to the 2006-2007 flu season, flu-associated deaths ranged from a low of about 3,000 to a high of about 49,000 people.
Note: these estimates are deaths where seasonal influenza was likely a contributing factor
wouldn't he now have a greater ability to differentiate and percieve colour differences? as you know other people would see two objects as black when he could tell that one is black and the other is not?
99.9999% of what was banned does not fall into any of these categories. (i have not been to any of these subreddits, i'm basing this on what has been said in these comments and my belief that illegal to posess imagary would not be openly traded on a public forum that had has previous news coverage due to the fact that it is well - illegal to posess)
Also absolutely none of what they banned was actual statutory rape. it could be argues that none of it was conspiracy to commit statuatory rape as conspiracy to commit statuatory rape is not the medium over which such a discussion would take place. i doubt it would beven be the discussion itself (the discussion would be considered evidence of such a conspiracy).
Congratulations. your method of argument clearly shows that your stance on this issue is based entirely upon irrational fanaticism and not based on any actual thought about the subject.

I generally only find that true of ACs

and if his purpose was to enter into intelligent discussion he probably would have tried to.
where do you get these apps from and how does iTunes know they are valid?

if you factor in the damage that would have been caused by not yelling fire then end results are different:
Example A(no fire):
Danger caused by yelling Fire: x
Danger caused by not yelling fire: 0
Net damage: x
Example B:
Danger caused by yelling Fire: x
Danger caused by not yelling fire: y
Net damage: x-y
as x and y are both generally assumed to be positive values x > (x-y) therefore there is more net damage from yelling fire when there is no fire.
technically yes, but as we can see here in practice even having a passport doesnt guarantee the ability to do either.
well yes, thank-you. i have been working out.
i think it's hilarious that i got added to the list of known 'puppets'
oh how i've wished for a hand up my ass...wait i didn't really say that did i...WHERE'S THE CTRL-Z BUTTON FOR REAL LIFE?
captcha: rampage ... wait that only makes it worse doesn't it.
I've told ya once, if you would look at my comment history you would see that i'm Australian.
Judging by the fact you've included me in your list of 'Known puppet accounts' i highly doubt the credibilty of the rest of your list.
My name's not Rui and if you read my comment history you'd probably know that i live in australia.
also, i'm not even 30 yet and i hate Java.
but go on, please continue to think that i have no life and would create multiple accounts to spam & modbomb slashdot.
ahh but then the other half would also have a 60% majority and i'm just not sure the universe could handle that.

no, a more apt analogy would have involved cars.
and maybe pirates - they're pretty cool.
Get them drunk and play them some mood music. - I'd recommend 'Love Gravy"

What happened to "better have ten criminals go unpunished, then to execute one innocent man"?
it's not as effective a method of controlling your populace.
Different countries find them illegal - DUH!

Shouldn't they just remove the posts that were illegal then?
why shut down the whole subreddit?
