Not sure why this was downranked, but I'll try to explain why Anon. Coward is correct in his thinking, to a certain point at least.
If you get a refund, you'll get exactly what you would've have spent when you initially paid your taxes and had withholding's taken out. In other words, it's like the government was saving your money for you without paying interest like a bank would do.
If, however, you owe money, that means you got to keep it in the bank or put it into some kind of investment, where it could grow grow. When it comes time to pay owed taxes, whatever interest or growth that money accrued is yours.
You'll definitely notice. The reduced amount of XP needed to level along with all the new mid-range quests makes hitting Outlands so much easier.
Whatever you do, make sure to give Duskwallow a second chance. There is an exciting new questchain in Theramore that I won't spoil, and they even added roads to Tabetha's house, so she isn't so much of a pain-in-the-ass to find.
Wii's sales have everything to do with its games. There are 2 groups of people who buy Wiis: hardcore Nintendo fans that want their Zelda, Metroid and Mario fix; and non-gamers or casual gamers that try Wii Sports, Wii Play and other similar *games*, get hooked and tell their friends and family who get hooked themselves, and so on. Take those games out of the equation and you have a console which only appeals to hardcore Nintendo fans, a group which is almost definitely not large enough to push the console to the top of the sale's charts.
Clearly the problem is hereditary. I kid... actually, most of my family on my dad's side is into reality television, which I happen to hate with a fiery passion.
Unfortunately, it is the consumers' interests that will influence what content will be shown, and if someone finds it alarming that a particular type of programming is replacing something superior (example: G4 brutally raping TechTV), then the problem is more fundamental then the pricing structure used by the providers. I for one am extremely concerned about educating teenagers on getting their vision checked; they clearly need strong prescription glasses if they find Morgan Webb attractive.
"It's our fault (the people) as well; we love sensationalism, for some sick reason."
I don't think it is that people love sensationalism; in fact, I don't know of anyone who likes sensationalism when they see it for what it really is. What people are interested in is important news. "LOCAL BRIDGES GET MINIMAL MAINTENANCE WHILE LARGE VEHICLES CAUSE HUGE DAMAGE" is certainly something that might concern an individual who has no previous knowledge of the situation being reported on. So, I wouldn't say it is the fault of the people for "loving sensationalism," but rather it is our fault for not recognizing it when is occurs.
I don't think that was the point trying to be made by the grandfather post. It sounded more like he was using the fact that the leaders of the US are unethical as an excuse for US citizens to act unethical.
Not necessarily. We would just have to make the atmosphere reflect back more heat that bounces off of the surface. Kind of like what we're doing on Earth with greenhouse gases.
I think that is beside the point, although you are right, not everyone who declares themselves this or that has the attitude that they know they are right and there is nothing you can do to convince them otherwise. "Just about everyone" was a bad choice of words. My point was, it's not just "liberals;" it can go for an adherer to any ideology.
That state of mind is not reserved just for liberals... In my experience, it seems just about anyone who labels them self as anything (liberal, conservative, etc.) has that "my way or the highway" thinking.

I just asked one of my representatives what he plans on doing about this, and I encourage other Americans to do the same. Yeah, it might have been a waste of time, maybe it's too late, whatever - I figure it's better than just sitting here complaining about my country going to hell and asking why someone else doesn't do something about this. (Not that I'm saying all of you are guilty of doing that.)
People can believe in anything and still be clever enough to obtain a position of power. Hitler is a great example; his beliefs were stupid, crazy and completely incorrect, yet he was still incredible at manipulating the masses to further his own ambition.
We're talking about virtual violence, which has nothing to do with hurting people. The two are very different and while real violence is a very bad thing, virtual violence is not. People should only be concerned about whether the player is mature enough to understand the difference between real and virtual violence, which many people associate with understanding sex.
You're forgetting about the people that either: believe their god will save them from destruction; or just plain don't care if they die. Terrorist and insane heads of states (Ahmadinejad?), for example.
The accuracy of the title does not change the fact that it is sensationalist. And I'm sure everyone began reading the article immediately after reading the title.

With the unemployment rate as high as it is, I can't imagine a person who has a family to feed getting picky over a company's screening policies.

Unless you work for Halliburton.

That was a perfect opportunity to make a reference to Virgin Galactic if I ever saw one.

It is happening :)
Let's take the Slashdot page for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slashdot
Here is the first version of that article, which is 5 years old.
Just click the "History" tab on any article, and you can see every version of it, and even which parts were changed/added/removed.
