One known prisoner from my country was held in the camp for over one and a half years BECAUSE, in the words of US military, "He showed no remorse for the deaths of thousands on september the 11th". Since when was "not showing remorse" a crime. A crime that makes you eligible to be held in a camp without trial, without bail, and without any tangible evidence of the said crime. Please face the reality that the current administration's handling of these political situations is the worst ever in the history of US of A. That said, the Bill of Rights and the Constituition of US is commendable. Enough to be the next commandmants.
and these days with programs like http-tunnel you can use whatever program you want to use from a proxied HTTP connection sitting inside a 'secure' zone. i was just using Kazaa Lite just today in my office. wonder if my sysadmin knew.
