I didn't RTFA nor do I know much about this but you said:
saying they shouldn't be compensated for good performance is like saying our "at risk" students matter more than everyone else.
Shouldn't we worry 'more' about 'at risk' students because they are 'at risk'.
I'm also assuming here that the 'at risk' you're quoting. Is short for people becoming useless to our society. Drop outs, single teen mothers and so forth.
Some people like having mail-to links, and you won't be able to do that easily with an image.
I remember the first one of those "image@youthoughtthiswasclickabledidntyou.com". I clicked on, I felt so tricked

I would suggest if you have to post your email. Use a spam filter on the account. Those things are a dime a dozen; plenty of people here will be willing to argue over which is the best.
Ideally you don't want to use a method that makes it any more difficult for the customer. I ended up just typing down the email, but someone else may have thought differently.

Excess iodine has symptoms similar to those of iodine deficiency. Commonly encountered symptoms are abnormal growth of the thyroid gland and disorders in functioning and growth of the organism as a whole.
Elemental iodine, I2, is deadly poison if taken in larger amounts; if 2-3 grams of it is consumed, it is fatal to humans.
Iodides are similar in toxicity to bromides."

I caught 'Microsoft Update' a while back in one of their feature roll outs.
IE loads the page 'http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/de fault.aspx?ln=en-us', when I click the super special Microsoft Update icon. Which by the way is different from the windows update icon.

It's probably just yellow cake...

Toxicity of IodineI always assumed the iodine they add to salts were good enough to cover the population base (US) from iodine deficiency.
DNF runs on DX12 anyway...
I think what you smell is that these kids haven't seen a shower in 3 days.

Why do these and other PSA's always seem 20 years behind the times as far as what is cool?
The intro to this 'game' reminded me of being a kid and watching reruns of the Brady Bunch on nick-at-nite
