Still not quite. As in an a FPS, an MMO game client typically interpolates between position updates from the server. High latency causes characters to appear to "teleport" if they vear off of the path that the client predicted they would follow. In an FPS, this can cause a direct hit, as percieved by the client, to actually be a miss. In a game like WoW, you don't need accuracy to target a mob and the only "slowness" in the client interface manifests itself when trading items with the world or other players (which I can only assume involves some transactional DB).

No comment on the eInk displays looking good or not (although if you have photoshop, you can print some text at 170 dpi 2-bit to simulate the resolution and color depth in the specs) however I think the nano pic you linked has a simulated image on the screen. In fact, if you look at the product shot on the side of an iPod box, you'll see that the display is rendered at the print resoluation (probably 600 dpi) with a disclaimer indicating that the image is in fact "simulated"

One of my favorite "uncommon" mappings was what I used to use for Half Life. That game brought back the "use" button I had left behind with Doom 2, and also required manual reload. Mouse wheel down was reload and mouse wheel up was use. It was very natural, and a much better use of the wheel than weapon cycle. Also, neither reload nor use are such drastic commands as to make a mapping for Mouse3 (i.e. wheel click) un-desirable.

At least by diversifying, they won't find themselves in a position of having a ton of web traffic and no host to serve it should one of their hosting sponsors back out.
