I had a guy come to me with a laptop and said it would no "Turn on" so i power it up and his drive is not working, and i take the drive out, and take a good look at it, i put it back into the laptop thinking it must be the BIOS or somthing, the as soon as it powered up, i hear a sound that sounded like broken class in a blender! come to find out the poor think had been droped more then 21 times, he thought it could not harm the laptop, goes to show how dumb people are
well, i see in some 100 years we will stop using oils and goto somthing else, because by 2100, the world will be a smog zone, so i wouldnt worry about it
backward compat is cool becuase you can use the same app on you mac, x86, ps3, psp, home, you office, school, so you never have to learn anything new or use a lesser app, also if you selling this software more people can use it too
What they need to do is make a Muti-Core NATIVE OS, so even single-thread apps can use more then 1 core, also why dont they just make dual-core processors faster! seems the only way we are going to get ahead in the field
they should port halo 3 to the ps3, that would be fun as hell, tho i can see it now, running a xbox360 enmu program on the ps3 to play halo3 shoot even halo 2 the controller has enough buttons to match the xbox's
no, but i was mostly looking for DVD ads and such, i browse the internet ALOT too, and i noticed ALOT more blu-ray ads then HD-DVD, tho some times they would offer both

The ps3 will do well, i think its going to sell more then a million units this year *MAYBE* but i know it will in early 2007

its about 1 billion p4 2.5ghz processors put together
just beowulf 100 PS3s together, that should be able to pull it off
