GameCube is more for kids, whatever Nintendo tries.

The Gamecube sold 400000 first week in Europe (yes, that's A LOT - even compared to the PS2. It stomps all over what the Xbox has done here so far)

The average age of the Gamecube-buyer in Europe is 23.

Agreed - and also the fact that Nintendo won't lock the consumers into their own subscription service! It's up to the game-developers to do whatever they wish. This bodes well for public, free, multiplayer servers!

Don't worry about that - The Xbox will, now when it has been fully hacked to run 3rd party code like DivX players, Linux etc (check news inside) make a huge dent in Microsofts lump of cash. The advantage of Symbian OS over PalmOS is that it's a real OS ;) The advantage over PocketPC is that the programming model (Symbian uses their own version of C++ you could say) aids a lot in preventing memory leaks.

There's of course a lot more to say than this, but Symbian OS is a really good OS you definitely want instead of PocketPC or PalmOS :) Promise. It's a pain to program for - it takes a while to get into.
