  1. Are you REALLY Linux free? on Disk Drives Face Challenge From Chips · · Score: -1
    You say you're "Linux Free"?
    That's funny :)

The majority of anything you do on the web these days
IS linux in some form or another :)

That and with all the embedded linux being used on nearly
every electronic device out there today...
You're probably going to have to clarify that statement with:
    "On my personal computer" :)

  2. Low tech ice in the pipe solution on How to Protect a Home When Away in Winter? · · Score: -1

I'm not sure about the rest of the notification issues... but a long time ago I ran across this website http://www.iceloc.com/ found it again in an instant by googling frozen pipe solution It's a low tech solution to keeping any water pipes from doing damage when they freeze. A non-toxic, hydrophobic, foam cord that compresses just a bit more than ice will need to expand into. Essentially your pipes can freeze all they want and the ice won't break your pipes. pretty cool eh?

  3. vibrational stylus? on Acoustic Sensors Make Any Surface a Touch Pad · · Score: -1

Simple :) Just use a stylus that changes the pitch of it's internal vibration
dependent upon the force of the pressure being used. :)

This is such wicked cool stuff and I've PLENTY of ideas that would make a lot
of cash in the gaming and other developmental areas... but not in any way
that's related to that video.. I'm talking some really out there stuff :)

Umm.. only question I have is what kind of bandwidth does the sendsor array need?

  4. Any downsides to Boron-11? How is it made? on Should Google Go Nuclear? · · Score: -1

Tried finding inormation on how hazardous the production of Boron-11 is.
Other than the fact that it's a corrosive (to some metals) gas.
Lethal to humans in high concentrations (easy enough to avoid with safety measures).

    That would be ideal. :)

Anyone able to pick up any information about the production of Boron-11?
Any toxic to the planet/people stuff there?

  5. That should have read "Lost 30lbs" not 3 :) hehehe on First Company Logo Visible From Space · · Score: -1, Offtopic

  6. Blood Type B Shouldn't eat chicken!! on First Company Logo Visible From Space · · Score: -1, Troll

My fiancee lost 3 pounds, just by NOT eating chicken anymore...
And no.. it has nothing to do with hormones and all of what chickens are fed.

Chickens are almost toxic to people who have B blood type.

If you're B and you wonder why your stomach is all puffy after eating? That's wheat.
Chicken will make you gain weight, be lethargic and a whole lot of other garbage.

Look up diets by blood type information... Very interesting stuff....

  8. I'm surprised they don't have capitol punishement! on Jailtime For Leeching Wireless? · · Score: 1

I swear... This world really needs to hunker down and focus on ethics and wealth generating education.
It would really suck for a few years but after about 10 years of that every country would see a huge difference.

Too bad everyone is caught up in this "Now" unreality we call society.

    Have directv issues?

Glad the help.. have a great day ;)

  9. It's that way (or at least used to be) at UNLV on Software Dev Cycle As Part of CS Curriculum? · · Score: 1

I've spoken with a few "CS Graduates" from the college. I must say that the first one was amazing as they really didn't have any personal computer use time. Talking with them about anything in detail revealed how flawed their personal absorbtion of the information had been. I believe that without hands on experience.... the majority of the retained information just doesn't have anything to relate to. You must experience computer use to put it all in context. http://tracker.honestwealthgroup.com/ Get a loved one the gift of financial wisdom this year ;)
