That's a bit over reactionary. We should all know by now what happens when government gets over reactionary. Patriot Acts, FISA Abolition, Bailouts, Iraq Invasion. I don't care if any one thinks such things are justified, the government shouldn't be so hot to trot in any one's favor.
Given the distribution of objects and people near or on any road, compared with the probability that the asteroid hits any where near a population of meaningful size to even have a tiny chance of hitting a person, I'd say you have a better chance of hitting some one with your car than some one being hit by this chunk falling from space.
Wow... I'm not which side of the argument you are trolling for. Bravo. Honestly, with all due respect, that's one of the most masterful trolls I've ever seen.
I think our checks and balances in the Constitution, and the Bill or Rights are pretty good too. I just think they aren't followed like they should be. The politicians treat the Constitution and it's Amendments as if they have to follow a little bit less every year.
I think fundamentally we have an open source government, but it's too heavy at the top. There are too few people with too much power. This was mentioned as good idea and i have to say I kind of like it myself.
Just like the were falling over each other to vote for the bailout that the public was overwhelmingly against? Or do you mean to tell me that they didn't know that the public was against it?
I liked Bush of 2000 enough, but not 2001. It's been an exponential hate relationship ever since. I'm tired of politicians saying they know what's best for me. Don't get me wrong, I like smart people, but truly smart people acknowledge the power of freethinking and the liberty to follow your own ideas. I tend to see most politicians saying "Don't worry we know what's best, and you should just go along with it despite what the Constitution has to say about it."
First congresswoman: Jannette Rankin from Montana in 1916 before national women's suffrage. She did not vote for the Declaration of WW1 and WW2. She stood on her Ideals and Fundamentals.
Marting Luther King, Jr. also Republican, died for his Ideals and Fundamentals.
Ron Paul doesn't seem to be steps behind the real action on the economic bust and the problems that interventionist policy causes. He stood up and told the truth to the Republican party about terrorism and the economy. He stood on his Ideals and Fundamentals when he voted against second Iraq war, against FISA, and against the recent string of bailouts. His Ideals and Fundamentals come from the Constitution.
There is a time and a place to look for new things, but Morality and Justice don't mean jack if you don't have Ideals or Fundamentals. I suggest the book "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" for further study of Ideals and Fundamentals and how they make your life better.
Oh snap! Here I was thinking every one should be responsible for their own existence, but now I can see that I was wrong. You're right, we should have a group of elders or someone tell use what to do all the time. That would enhance the chances of my creativity making a difference in the world.
It is my opinion that people should read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance to understand philosophy's role in Computer Science.
You can see, from one of China's own newspapers, that social welfare only meets 5% of demand. And even that is probably pushing it.
That sounds about like full fledged communism to me...

250 000 seconds = 2.89351852 days
Point of contention. The article says 100mph. .45 ACP goes 850 feet / second
100 mph = 146.666667 feet / second

Your right, it happened because people were good in the first place and the money turned them bad. Wait, I've heard this somewhere before...
HTML FAIL!
I new there was something evil about LOLcats.

I could never accept it because it fails the theocracy test.
Would this help?
I only have a problem with you if your plan is to steal the bacon from the pig farmers.

No but they gave you a wooden arrow discount.

So were there any Republican candidates that you liked?
Did you hear our "Conservative" President today? His New Deal is anything but cautious.
Uggg.. Martin not Marting. Seriously, when I start typing fast my predictive fingers go crazy with muscle memory.

There needs to be a +1 web-comic reference.
It will definitely make the chore of giving your computer the can 'o air easier. And probably make it easier to see if you need to or not.
OMG! So that's what it is?!
