    And those people should NEVER be allowed to use a computer for work purposes ever again.

    Next time you see someone do that give them a good smack in the head on behalf of all the customers. Unless they are competent with encryption they should not even be using laptops for work.

    How is it wrong to take benefits?

    It hurts no one else, and deprives them of nothing.

    It would be wrong if it was at their expense but it's not.

    I can't remember the last time I used a mod point. all I ever get is "You've already posted something in this discussion."

    Meta modding is supposed to fix that.

    I mark all +1 as Fair and all -1 as Unfair.

    I have NEVER seen a -1 flame bait or -1 troll that was fair EVER.

    Just setup spam assassin and be done with it.

    Seems to me if we can fight email spam we should be able to fight ANY type of spam.

    I think it was the NewYork Times that wont let people view articles unless they buy an account. (citation needed)

    If I can't get it online I just find another site that does provide it.

    But since I don't buy, they are not losing anything by me downloading a copy of their work.

    Why does every discussion of IP have to include someone pretending to not see the difference between a product with unlimited supply (data), and a product with a supply of one (the GP's house)? You know it's not the same thing, so why the silly act?

    Instead, how about you explain how giving data artificial value through copyright is A Good Thing, and stop with this silly argument already?

    People with weak arguments are desperate to grab anything, no matter how flawed.

    Next time you read one of their articles google some random sentences and you'll find the same article posted on several other papers.

    At takes about 2 days for some news to hit the papers, I often find myself reading old news.

    They do the same in America with the 555 phone area code, it's so they don't list an actual number that belongs to someone.
