    It's bullshit that plaintiffs are able to withdraw a case.

    Withdrawal should result in an automatic win for the defendant which should cover legal fees, loss of income, compensation for harassment and open the door for libel suits maybe then people will stop abusing the courts.

    How do court case's get started get the RIAA just take you to court so your forced to lose your income to defend yourself or does the submission need approval before it can proceed?

    What do you do about holidays, work or any other form of life, during a case like this?

    False advertising. The tenant may have chosen to rent from that landlord based partly on the assurance that the cameras provided some security, but the landlord bought fake cameras to save money. The landlord failed to provide a service for which the tenant paid every month.

    Since when are landlords responsible for security systems?

    Imagine your next new house, where the light switches are electronic remotes for the actual switch in the light fixture. Now imagine you can move it anywhere, stick it to the wall where ever you want.

    So we can also lose the light switch in the couch along with the tv remote!

    People even drive to the gym so they can ride stationary bikes! It's madness!

    The other day I whent to McDonalds and the drive thru was packed and moving at about 1 inch an hour while the counter was desserted.

    It's mad to think people would rather sit in their cars buring fuel instead of taking a 15foot walk.
