A side from that why shouldn't a webmaster be able to earn a small revenue to help with bandwidth costs? and why shouldn't I be able to advertise my products and services?
Don't forget Diesel is also cheaper to produce and doesn't need to be need to be refined from good quality oil (at least not as good as petrol needs) meaning there is a larger supply available.
Alternatively introducing some sort of qualification requirement to operate a road vehicle would also go a long way.
