    No there is no right to free speech in Australia.

    In fact if you link to website that the censorship department doesn't like it's an $11,000 per day fine. Which is why no one hosts servers here.

    Anti-abortion is a prohibited topic here if you link to an anti-abortion website your provider will be fined heavily. That's why all my websites are located on U.S servers.

    Spam advertising, or phorm style system.

    Ads aren't a problem if you don't like them just close the browser window and don't visit the site.

    Block popups and spam by all means, but I cannot understand the mentality of people who throw fits if a single ad appears on their screen. The only ads I've ever blocked are from ad-brokers who have proven themselves to be dangerous i.e malware ads. A side from that why shouldn't a webmaster be able to earn a small revenue to help with bandwidth costs? and why shouldn't I be able to advertise my products and services?

    Don't forget Diesel is also cheaper to produce and doesn't need to be need to be refined from good quality oil (at least not as good as petrol needs) meaning there is a larger supply available.

    I can draw up a budget, and system to do the job but someone has to pay for it.
