    Normally I would be on the side of Yelp because of free-speech. However when cash is involved suddenly it's not so free.

    Often it's not possible to destroy evidence. That's why if your going to break the law you need to plan ahead and stop the evidence from being created in the first place.

    If only that where true, Copyright Infringement is the most heinous crime that you can commit in Western society. In Australia the jail time out weighs that of attempted murder.

    Does that mean the MPAA could sue any company who runs ads on the website?

    The MPAA can do whatever they like so it really wouldn't surprise me if they tried, the corporations will go to any low in order to get a bit more cash.

    ThePirateBay is legal in Sweden, no laws where ever broken.

    This is just an example of corporations trying to make laws that suit them.

    As if we don't have enough ignorance as it is.

    Secondly it's the government that does many of the bad things on the Internet, packet sniffing, censorship ect.

    It's not Microsoft's fault if people don't know how to use their computers. You may or may not notice how its called "Vista" not "XP Vista" there is a good reason for this.

    I see much more value in this phone if you are going camping, England should have almost 100% phone coverage of the landmass so a mobile phone should be sufficient communication, a problem I see is rain, if you have a separate solar panel your phone could remain safely within the tent.

    While the built in solar panel certainly earns some geek points I still think separate solar panels are the way to go.

    That reminds me of when my power got shut off and I ran my computer overnight plugged into a car with the engine running. It's amazing how much can actually get from a car, altho probably not the most efficient way to produce electricity.

    It saves power.

    Leave a phone on the dashboard of your car and I guarantee when you get back, you will no longer need the charger.

    Microsoft are within their right to no longer sell XP if they wish, why would you still want an archaic operating system anyway, unless of course you have low end hardware and/or amateur knowledge.

    Just don't pay for music. If everyone pirated music and video these immoral companies wouldn't exist.
