..they are unable to tell that when someone with no interest in guns suddenly buys automatic weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition that they are planning something big.
These guys are Microsoft lapdogs. They are so biased that their analysis means nothing. When one of them speaks the truth about a product that looks like it will go down in flames he gets swatted down. This just proves what we have been saying about Gartner.
Even if solar is far away or never will become a primary energy source it makes a great backup or supplementary source of power. I live in a house that is covered almost entirely with shade except for a portion of my garage. That small portion of garage is another to charge up a dozen of my DC gadgets.
It's not a lot, but it is something. Think of the exposure to sunlight that cars have on the road. Yes... if you can get enough juice out the material it could top off you battery nicely.
Nixon was a *much* better president than Bush II. He actually had accomplishments.
Bush Jr will get his proper place in history... as a person that used his 8 years (and an major terror attack that occurred on US soil) to funnel money to his buddies. I don't buy any attempt to say Bush was part of 9/11, but he sure as hell took advantage of it.
You know trickle down had some merit in a world before a telecommunications revolution and easy shipping. In that world corporations HAD to competively hire local people to get work done. We're past that.
Right now allowing the top 1% to make money off of easy imports of overseas goods is to the GDP what a empty calories are to your diet.
I was on the pre-order list and my 16GB would not charge. They still haven't sent a replacement. I guess I am screwed.
I guess the upside is that they may fix the screen issue... but since Asus has managed to show a lack of competence with some of these issues I am not holding my breath.
So you want to Americanize it?
I dunno about that. There are two pretty good (non American) Gantz movies already.
If you want an idea the deserves redoing because it wasn't done correct the first time then go back to "The Starlost."
It keeps being put into development hell but it is a movie I would love to watch.
Dr. Strange is always changing sides.
How do you "mimic the action" when it was the first screening of the movie?
What? Did crazy man get a pre-viewing or something?
(same as modding a first post as "redundant" *ducks*)
Are people actually getting penalized for making bad decisions? Could of fooled me.
as much as I would like to see how they would cast Death, I think I am okay with no Sandman movie. I think it would just be awful.

I feel safer don't you?
he's great at protecting the liberties of corporations.
how about Two Suns in the Sunset?
Hairstyles and attitudes... how to they relate?
Well regarded by whom?
Oh.. well regarded by the upper IT head honchos spouting today's buzzwords.
Look at the track record of those guys. Not good.

Is that what you need to find it?
another first... I don't remember a slashdot editor ever actually editing anything before....
B5... ...and now we leave the cradle for the last time.
If you don't care about environmentalism then why go to a "lame environmentalist convention"?

..why this is impractical and won't ever work.
In almost all states it takes over 80 hours of work PER WEEK for someone making minimum wage to pay for a shoddy apartment.

Another person who thinks the world began on January 20, 2009.
I was able to prove it wasn't a charger or cable problem (they charge my phone just fine). It's a USB socket or internal USB problem.
So they need to send a new tablet, not a replacement part. I charger problem I probably would of been too lazy to report.
I keep seeing this time after time, but this complaint over the size of memory and lack of MicroSD ignores context.
I purchased a Nexus 7 as cheap 2nd tablet and one I could use for day-to-day work. I don't care about this issue.
Buy the hardware appropriate to the task. People making this broad complaint are wanting one size fits all, and that just doesn't happen.
