But what is even as common is the low level criminal, who isn't actually trying to be a bad person, but just to make a living because he doesn't know of an other way. Getting paid to rat out other criminals, including much higher level ones, can give him money to survive the next week and avoid crime until he needs the money again.

You need to pay for the infrastructure either by paying the company for it, or via your taxes. Then you choose the ISP (probably local) who will give you your internet service. But say you have a 3 or 4 ISP in your area which you can choose from and say 2 levels of infrastructure (Cable or Fiber) then you can pick and choose and mix and match.

But this could mean that there could be large problems that really need to be fixed, but are against trying to fix it. Allowing for the problems to exceed the values.
Now science when done properly isn't politically motivated it looks at the data, proposes a model for it, this model tests it. And the easiest model that matches the data tends to be the widely accepted one. This means for Liberals that there are going to be things while there is a problem is so minor compared to the overall value that it isn't worth fixing. To Conservatives means there are problems so large that something needs to be done to be fixed.
You are aware that most Americans have health insurance already including people who are not super rich. Medicare and Medicaid is there too to help out as well.

The Left Wing Media makes the Right Wing like they are so out of touch and evil, so the Right feels constantly threatened, thus makes their stance more resolved.
This degree of Polarization has gone to the Crazy level. Simple common sense solutions will not go threw because it was the other side who came up with it first.

They went online got the data, printed it on a dot matrix printer, then scanned it with a cheap hand scanner, then posted it online.
