Raising the pay of workers will raise the cost of things some, but not nearly as much as companies say in their fear mongering press releases. There is a point where raising the pay of workers begins raising the cost of products significantly, but we are currently far below that on almost all products. The real reason pay is held back is to make sure the gap between the wealthy and the poor is the greatest possible.

Infringement is infringement no matter how you phrase it. Every gun law in existence is a violation of the second amendment, including not allowing felons to own guns. Just because you hate what the bill of rights says does not mean you get to dictate that it means something else entirely.

The second amendment has absolutely nothing to do with hunting or self defense. It's sole purpose is to allow the citizens to be able to fight the government directly. This means that citizens should be able to be as well armed as the military.

There is also AeoroFS. They have a cloud option if you are willing to pay for it, but otherwise their servers are only used to tell the clients where the other computers are. It works quite well too. I use both this and BtSync.
That's odd. The newer versions on the phone have the option to force sync though.
Just hit the menu button and it will give you an option for "Sync".
It might start working again after that, also there is a possibility that the options for your folders has changed. They have the option of syncing automatically or just syncing the file description until you click on it.

When science makes a claim about two populations having a cognitive difference or a physical difference that means the median is different. That does not mean there is not some overlap. In fact, it does not mean that the range of one population does not entirely encompass the range of the other in the case that one population has a greater variance.

Good question, since if you can actually understand what laws really mean you are only a Bar exam away from being a lawyer. We should have thrown out the idea of ignorance being no excuse of the law decades ago. Someone without a law degree has little chance of actually understanding laws as they are written and it is impossible to know just all the federal laws. You could read them for your entire life and not come close to reading all of them. Then there are the ones which make violating the import laws of other countries a federal crime as well. That just adds even more to it.

If i had the spare money and I knew that I could get Linux running well on one I would have already gotten one. It is very nice hardware with a shitty OS. If there were 30 of them(which is an order of magnitude more than there actually are) then there would still be competition if two of them decided not to compete. In fact, that would necessarily mean that they left the market entirely, because no matter what they did there would still be competition from the other 28 companies.
Here we are talking about a market where in almost all regions there are only two competitors in the market for an entire region. When these two decide to not compete and instead divvy up the area then that is a criminal conspiracy. It is no different than price fixing between companies.
