umm.. dude. I said any version of a word doc can be opened by any NEWER version of word.
I still havn't seen any proof that they intentionally break things. so why should my orriginal post be modded down? Ohh yeah, I forgot, because I defended Microsoft.
Please offer some proof to backup this claim. All versions of office can open documents saved by a previous version as far as I know. I'm willing to change my mind if you can give some good solid proff though. An example of proof would be a document saved under word 97 that can't be opened correctly under a newer version of Word.
I don't understand how these desktop search products are any different then what you can get using "Search" off of the start menu. Every OS I've ever used has had the ability to search through the drives for files containing a word either built in, or available with a 3rd party program. I jsut don't see what is so special about these search bars that are popping up everywhere,
Couldn't the box doing the NATting just mess with the timestamp of all the packets that pass through it? Add a very slight bit random noise to distort the timing fingerprint.
It was descending at an angle due strong winds. It's rate of descent could be something like 2ft of horizontal movement for every foot of vertical movement (numbers made up on the spot). It's sometimes called a Glide Ratio.
Importantly, nothing gets intercepted, because the main search results still go through to Geico. What's added is a small annotation saying that if you're interested in Geico, you might want to check out State Farm instead.
Except the adds are for Ge1co, not State Farm. The companies buying the adds are intentionally trying to confuse consumers.
2nd floor of the casino in Costal in the present.
I think I read somewhere that Microsoft is actually manufacturing some of the parts in house.
How exactly did they "deceive" him? They own the trademark, they told him this, he stopped using the name. I see no deception.
Older version CAN also read documents created in newer versions. You just have to select the older version from the "Save As..." menu.

Redhat Mandrake
But you are perfectly fine with the hundreds of different Linux distros? Event RedHat has different versions of the same version.
Isn't that from the part where he is at a costume party and has his other heard disguised with a birdcage?
The built in windows search does this also. I've been able to search for words contained inside a document for years now.

It doesn't. It works inside a virtual machine.

Those aren't stars, someone forgot to clean the lense again.
Yes, it does, and in this case they are talking about Visual Basic .NET, in which case, they are different operators.
"IsNot" is different from "Not equal to"
If you are going to do that, you minght as well just run ethernet and share the cost of the broadband connection with your neighbor.
You remember last year? When they all went on strike in CA? I see they had a really easy time finding replacements.
Someone took "Digital Fortress" a bit too seriously...
The fact that people buy it is how he figures it. Things are worth what people are willing to pay for them.
ok, maby not crackpots, but I'm sure crack haa SOMETHING to do with this...

wait.. isn't "cheap" one of your requirments? Are you saying that if you scrap that one you can build it for less? :)
Thats a great show, isn't it? too bad they totally ruined the American version.
