    Passengers know when to STFU when needed. Driving is dangerous, you dont have to make it more so by engaging in unnecessary tasks.

    Apple HAS no equivalent to the Surface........sent from my Surface 3. Ipads are toys, mine currently lives in the bathroom, my Surface is a Workstation.

    This is sort of like how the idea of 'women and children first' only makes sense in a small society like a village. You are all in it together and it can make sure your genetics gets passed on, even if you die. These ideas work on small scales where there is personal investment with all involved. When you are just a faceless cog in nation of 10s of millions, its super easy for you to be consumed by society with no net benefit for you or your offspring.

    I just want to add that Amazon is only selling certified USB-C cables from now on. IT was a problem they decided to nip in the bud early.

    NO its is NOT THEFT. How can you have a conversation about copyright when you cant even get your terms straight. You cannot use the word theft in this context. You MUST use the word 'infringement' or you are not engaging in an honest discussion. Copyright infringement is NOT theft, come back with a proper argument.

    When i buy an asus monitor, i dont expect to have to install software so it can call home. HMDs are very fancy monitors and should be treated as such.

    Correct, however they can only ASK, they cannot compel. If the third party says 'go pound sand' the government is powerless to do anything about that.

    GODDAMNIT NO! Not ANY extent. There are limits to what a court can ask. The court cannot ask for things that violate the Constitution. Warrants are not unlimited in scope in power, in fact they are supposed to very limited to enumerated specifics.

  22. You have unrealistic expectations. The Wii tablet is a very sophisticated device. Teach your son to properly use it or will break. IF that is not possible, then the toy is too advanced for him.

  24. There is a difference between user-swapped and replaceable. THE battery on your S5 is easily removed and replaced, its just not setup to be swapped on demand.
