    Irrelevant. I.T failed in preventing him from doing it, and HR failed in letting the Dr. know exactly why this would be a bad idea. Drs. can afford their own private internet connection, there is no excuse for piggybacking on a medical care network so they can learn shit.

    Its NOT vigilantism to confront someone who stole from you. As citizens we are empowered to confront and act. I dont need the governemnt to always come between citizen interaction. Its not a failure of the State for citizens to confront other citizens.

    The problem with the Death Penalty has nothing to do with the crime. It has to do with the fact that humans are fallible, thus courts never expose Truth, only approximations of Truth. The State can never provide enough proof to justify the Death Penalty. Homicide in cold-blood is ALWAYS wrong, even if it is the State doing it.

    Because they need a warrant. My pocket computer holds incredibly sensitive and proprietary information, NO ONE touches it without a warrant. The Constitution is absolutely clear on this. My pocket computer is 'papers and effects'
