The problem is they are taking it WAY to far. I expect to be able to get a PERSON on the phone when it comes to technical problems or warranty issues. Too often im forced to fill out forms and am directed to the forums instead of a CS rep. No amount of tech will change the fact that they will ALWAYS need people in Customer Service.

"2. Navigation I'll be honest. For driving, or especially biking/touring, the turn-by-turn is worth the current price of admission even if that is the SOLE use. Trying to mount a phone on a motorcycle/bicycle, let alone pull a phone out of one's pocket while biking, is laughable. The navigation is amazing to behold the first time you use it. For a frequent biker/traveler, it's already indispensable"

The big differentiator here is that you are using dedicated hardware. You could easily mount a cheap dedicated nav package to your car, boat, snowmobile and jetski for less than the cost of one Glass.

'convenience' is the compromise between functionality and ease of use (and cost). Sometimes convenience is detrimental to the function you are trying to enable. In this case, the convenience of an ingame server browser is hampered by the functional reality that game companies dont want it. As it stands now, we have an answer to your question, even if you deem it inconvenient.
