    Only 3G for your entire CD collection? Guessing you're not much of a music fan then. Nothing wrong with that, but bear in mind that most of the folks downloading music (legally or illegally) are a bit more the hardcore fans. I have 40+ G of music ripped from my own CD collection, for instance.

    Only the most closed-minded would insist "only the things described in $HOLYBOOK happened, nothing else!". Unfortunately that describes far too many these days. Even if you were to argue that's a small proportion of active Christians in the US, it's enough to affect attempts to teach science. Look at all the controversies over teaching ID in public schools: do you really think these schoolboard members are terribly open-minded?

    Hate to knock down a strawman, but many 17 year olds have a driver's license.

    This is not intended to contradict the "so what?" crowd...ultimately ratings are only useful as a way for non-gaming parents to filter what their kids can play.

    I highly recommend the commentary on Robocop, with the director, writer and producer. It's hilarious. I think Total Recall's commentary with director and star tops it. Not one but two morons making stupid comments about a silly movie in thick Austrian accents. Would make great party entertainment...

    One issue with Eve is high sec griefer corps (read Repo Industries and the like) who spend their time in high sec trying to war dec low SP players. My corp luckily got in a low sec alliance and handed their arses to them, but this kind of action does turn people off the game (these kind of people get -5 sec deductutions from admins). Could someone please translate this to English? Thanks!

    You do realize the Series 3 Tivo supports cablecard, right? I think the GP is waiting for that to become a reality in his area.

    After years of 99.9% OSS usage, I now find myself banging my head against commercial software restrictions, licensing schemes, etc. To hell with Stallman's principles, I want my easy-to-deploy-and-manage OSS back!

    AFAIK it doesn't have any built-in GPS, just cell tower based techniques. The law of which you speak allows for fines to be paid in lieu of AGPS support, which is why T-Mobile doesn't have LBS support.
