How about Service Pack 3? Does it contain WGA? If so then those who want to avoid WGA can't install SP3 at all, because it's one big bundle and you can't select individual components from it to install.
And SP3 is offered as a recommended security update by MS for SP2 users.

Putting all my apps into a single line and navigating that line is not efficient. I'll stick to Autohotkey which allows me to jump to any of my usual apps with a single keypress.
I found eliminating the mouse as much as possible and finding convenient keyboard shortcuts is the key to efficient computer use. Using a touchpad which is just an other kind of mouse is not the solution. For computer newbies it may be, but not for seasoned users.

True. There is lots of information in newspapers and Wikipedia in general which can get people in trouble. Why select one individual? Where do we draw the line on what should be supressed?
Maybe a committe should be set up to prescreen Wikipedia edits, so they don't harm anyone on the planet...

The original function of Caps Lock is nuisance. If you are on Windows you can set Caps Lock to do an actually useful thing which makes your life a whole lot easier:
