    Any machine that DIDN'T have Windows on it would be charged a fee under the theory that any PC with out an OS installed would likely get an illegal copy of Windows installed.

    Sounds a lot like a "pirate tax" on blank cds and dvds.

    So a PC with free software costs more than one with $100+ software? What are "co-marketing funds"? Kickbacks?

    I woulnt say its "the most unwanted console in recent memory". Its just too expensive for most casual gamers. Like the 3DO, Jaguar, and others it may be a great system but you need a large user base to survive.

    Well in Haliburtons case they are very intertwined with our military in Iraq and elsewhere. If we cant expect them to be loyal to us then we cant trust them to support our military.
