    also, technically speaking I'm not sure international treaties apply to private companies, corporations or civilians, especially non military ones.

    Already done that, in games we are not even allowed to put it on medkits! Haven't you noticed they are always green crosses in newer games?

    They've already told game developers off for putting red crosses on medkits in games, which is why most new games they are green. Okay, the international treaties that govern that one are a little stupid too!

    Especially after what happened to the British embassy in Tehran in the last couple of weeks, hint 2 weeks ago, the Brits still maintained an embassy, now we don't and the Iranian ambassador was kicked out of Britain.

    I don't teach you logarithmic/exponential scales before I've taught you to count and basic math operations (+-*/), the bit is the basis of the nat still.

    yes and no, bytes where chosen because human's are generally better in base 8 and base 16 than base 2 (closer to base 10) when dealing with those memory addresses, and the conversions are real simple with an 8 bit long byte. Here is an idea, start teaching all Math in base 8? Easy to do, just don't use the thumbs, it'll annoy the hell out of the economists now we are all in base 10 currency, but it would be far more relevant in this world.

    Yes, and you could probably teach induction as a concept to someone in elementary school. It's easier conceptually than the algebra needed to make it into a full proof.

    That and the operators don't want it, if google started including certain things by default, the operators are stupid enough to stop allowing android phones on their networks, then HTC, Samsung... stop making them and bam, no more android.

    No EULA or Terms of Service may encroach upon your statutory rights, aka if the laws says they have to, then they have to, and UK law certainly says they would have to.

    LLC == Limited Liability Corporation. Mostly the company directors are the only shareholders and it's not traded on the open market (stock exchange). Doesn't mean it doesn't have shareholders.

    It's a lot less, but that doesn't stop EA complaining about it on steam but be perfectly willing to pay M$ and Sony.

    Not to mention, the tools on PC are cheaper, at the end of the day I can get enough tools for free to make the game. I couldn't commercially sell it with M$'s compilers acquired that way. But there are other compilers I could use there.

    Only cause Bethesda want the games for windows tag on the box, to get M$ to do that, they have to make the game playable by an xbox 360 controller plugged into a PC.

    You know all the copy protection and DRM in oblivion, fallout 3, fallout: new vegas and skyrim is just the launcher and config editor don't you? If you don't want the steam achievements and such one can just launch the actual game exe out of the directory. Of course, it doesn't get pirated much, see the valve story in reply..

    "Let the Bhudda guide you to enlightenment." Is fine on the list. Infact if you look at the list, it's only Christian religious stuff that is banned (and a tiny bit of Jewish in using the same terminology for God).
