    CSV is fine if you want to store data that has no quote marks, commas, carriage returns or linefeeds.
    You can store quote marks, commas, carriage returns and linefeeds just fine in CSV - just try it in OpenOffice.org. If you can't write a proper parser for CSV, please use one that was written by a professional programmer (and STFU).

    My laptop is rated as 20-60 Watts.
    20 Watt = dimmed LCD, CPU at 800 MHz
    60 Watt = bright LCD, CPU at 1800 MHz
    I guess that 20=>15 W would prolong my battery time with an hour.

    That might work - but there are businessman who *do not want* to use F/OSS and are gladly paying for a "site license" of any F/OSS - just ask some of your customers (when they have that "another zealot, let's get out of here" face on their head) if they would instead prefer to buy a site license (one-time license to use the software on as many seats as they like) for the same product only for $XXXX.
