    I have used SeaMonkey for this purpose, fingerings even Thunderbird mail compose without intention of sending a mail. But HTML was never built to be easy to hand code in in a hurry.

    Emacs org mode has much simpler mark up, exports to a huge variety of formats including PDF, html5, simple html with a link to w3 HTML validation, HTML with embedded JavaScript to use as presentation, markdown etc.

    Even simple markdown would be easier to type rather than full HTML source.

    That, among other reasons, is why "GMO" is a stupid label. Exact strain identifier on the other hand is much more useful, and differentiates between varied GMO strains of the same species.

    Label is not conviction.

    Some GMO strains can be better for health than non GMO counterparts. Why shouldn't the consumer know the strain?

    Why do you imagine the most stupid and useless label? "Contains GMO food" ? How idiotic.

    Why shouldn't they name the exact strain with its identifier? One organism can have multiple GMO strains, you know. Actually infinite. A link to tests FDA conducted specifically for that strain could either be on the packaging or searchable using basic Google skills.

    This by far not the "most" strong correlation in Indians buying gold.

    Strongest is the historical fiscal deficit and other governmental value theft which caused gold to be the best savings instrument for hundreds of years.

    Second strongest is the ability to launder money - an Au atom is indistinguishable from another and solid gold is easy to mould out of shape.

    The ritualistic aspects and gifting to daughter follow these strong correlations in importance and strength.

    Ok, but in 2 largest countries India and China - quality education especially in STEM is simply not too expensive. Access to it depends less on money and more on luck, performance tough entrance examinations and not dropping out of college due to stupidity.

    So while scholarships are not as good and not as available as in the US, most of them don't need the scholarships.

    False dichotomy. In real life, both "sides" can be bad. Stalin most likely killed more people than Hitler ever did, yet Stalin was on the opposite side of Hitler in the War.

    Here, both ISIS and the US can "win" in spite of being enemies. Both can be bad. Some more bad than others some times in some ways.

    No they didn't need a PC, they needed an appliance. For your first point, they needed a large appliance because small ones didn't have the computational power. For your second point, they needed a secure appliance which updated its "firmware" periodically.

    The mobile i5 is worse than 2 generation old desktop i5. Mobile i7 is just 2 cores with hyper threading, again worse than 2 generation old i7 desktop.

    It is not a desktop in tablet form, it is a laptop in tablet form. With all the crippled hardware laptops typically come with.

    This is what happens when you read Shakespeare without knowing elementary grammar. Legally, "falsifying" applies to material information. So if the officer at the DMV gets chatty and asks you about your cold and tries recommending Vietnamese remedies- you can lie about having already tried them and them not working.

    Believe it or not. Shocking isn't it? It is not a crime at all. DMV is not part of kindergarten- even if your mindset is still infantile. Government is NOT your nanny, grow up.

    So yes, try to get specific references about this particular thing being illegal. To generalize information you'll need to be aware of basic idioms used in legal context in which you are woefully ignorant.

    No the grounds for prosecution are laws written that explicitly make certain false statements grounds for prosecution

    But you can't name the law.

    Not having a clue, why do you insist on possessing an opinion? Prosecution doesn't happen because "there might exist a law which I don't know". Prosecution happens because "this is the law that was violated, and this is the proof".

    We should, on the other hand, sell those Europeans technology and weapons.

    But France is more than capable of blowing the land occupied by ISIS to smithereens , no? It is the intelligence services which US and other parts of the world might have to help out with - which might be used to protect innocent civilians. But there are bound to be lapses, and providing the services will be a thankless job.

      If there are some bright bulbs left in Anonymous, there is no harm in them lending some support here because of this reason.
