Grow up. Life is harsh and you need to grow up and understand that things aren't always going to go your way. Learn to deal with it like an adult and move on.

Probably paranoid of me but this looks like a way for the gov't to track people in this country who have this skillset. Face it, these types of skills could potentially be turned to very negative pursuits. This type of contest/internship/whatever, is a great way to get a lot of unknowns within the skillset on the radar.

  3. No one is getting it on Dell Indicates Windows 7 Pricing Will Be Higher · · Score: 1

This is being done to drive system sales NOW. People will avoid buying a Vista system and just wait till win7 hits. With Dell saying win7 will cost more it will motivate people to buy now instead of waiting. They will now think, well, i'll get a free upgrade to something that is ostensibly more expensive in the near future, so i'll buy now.

Any player above a certain skill point level most likely dual- or multi-accounts to optimize their income. It's not really possible to be good enough at PvP professions AND industry professions to make enough income to fund the PvP profession. Most of the people I know in the game have at least two accounts and some as many as 7. God knows how they have time to play 7 accounts!

Nice reply. Very well informed. Unfortunately, most of the general populace of Eve believed the FUD that is spread about BoB, so you see a lot of comments similar to the parent. Its kind of a microcosm of what our own media does to the general populace. Misinforms. Provokes reactions that are not justified, etc.

Please. He didn't predict it with enough certainty? He was off by a week. I would gladly evacuate my home for a month if it saves my life or that of my family. You sir, have an odd definition of accuracy when attempting to predict something that has heretofor been considered impossible to predict.

I find that hard to believe given the amount of time it takes to mine the materials. Much quicker to hit some level 4 missions where i have been able to clear 50 million in an hour... it will take much longer than an hour to mine enough of the right materials to build a raven, even with a covetor.

  11. T2 Lottery and Mission Bounties on Ask CCP About EVE Online · · Score: 1

In recent devblogs it was stated that the T2 lottery was going to go away in favor of the new game mechanism of Invention. Given that cetain T2 BPOs are the keys to near limitless wealth and the fact that Invention only provides for T2 BPCs, how do you justify this lock on permanent wealth in the game for those who happen to be fortunate enough to have a T2 BPO before this change occurs? Also in recent devblogs was the statement that bounties in missions will be eliminated. In any good MMO there is an economy that is based on ways to make money and ways to spend money. Given that mission bounties are probably the predominant method of earning available in the game, what will replace this and will the money sinks be modified in kind. In other words, how will the economic balance be maintained so there is no collapse of the markets and the value of trade goods and manufactured items?
