Basically, this guy (and a few others on here), dont understand copyright. Look at the word copy-right. These means the studios have the rights to it being copied (distributed etc). If they choose not to make the film available in formats and times the customer wants, that is the RIGHT of the copyright holder. There are often legal reasons why a film is not distributed, there may no be licensing agreement for a film in a certain country, or it may violate laws in certain areas. The end customer is not in a position to dictate to the copyright holder how to distribute their IP. This guy needs to be taken to court just like Pirate Bay was.
They say its the most reliable THEY have ever built, but they dont say its the most reliable on the planet. i.e. its still got loads more bugs than anything else out there.
Battlefield Heroes is going to have player balancing, but I wasn't lucky enough to get a beta key:( Hope it works well, as I'm fed up with having my ass handed to me by a 12YO.
Sony have been making Homebrew defeating firmware "upgrades" ever since the PSP was launched. They simply dont want developers releasing anything they dont have control over. Microsoft get sued over their "Monopoly" of windows by making it difficult for the competition, Sony are MUCH worse & get away with it. I sold my PSP & will never buy Sony again, they have such disdain for their users/developers.
Microsoft NEVER do something for nothing, its always about turning a buck or making a rival bankrupt. My guess is this new offering will only work on Windows 7 and Vista, in an attempt to force us into leaving XP behind.
Its the fourth. Look up First_Video_Game on Wikipedia.
1947 - Missile simulator on CRT
1951 - NIM - first digital computer specific game
1952 - OXO on an EDSAC computer
1958 - Tennis for two.
Do the research before posting guys.
Learn to read BETWEEN THE LINES, idiot. USA is rich, Africa is poor & being exploited. Figure it out for yourself & dont expect everything spelt out for you.
Guys, let me clear this up. I have a Lloyds bank account, when you phone their phone banking system, they ask you "Whats your password". May not be secure, but thats how they do it.
I understand that, but you were pasting into the Google Search box (as I often do), not the browser URL box. All you would have got back was a Google search results page, not navigated to the malware site.
How often does anyone paste from their clipboard into the URL navigation box ? Enough times to worry about this problem ? I think not.
Everyone is trying to find ways of stopping it copying to the clipboard. But why would you visit a URL that was pasted from the clipboard ? Most users dumb enough to fall for this type of attack dont even know the system clipboard exists ! (Dont laugh, I frequently have to explain to the wife what Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X & Ctrl-V actually does, I guess I'll stop now). If your savvy, you would realise the attack had taken place & just not use the URL.
Assuming the 5m/s is correct, it could fly upto 900 metres in its 3 minute flight time. Surely thats enough to fly into a danger area & take a few snaps ?
I agree with you on this, its MUCH more readable like this. Some ppl are saying is more effort to write, but remember that code written by you gets read by others & vice versa. Making the code easily readable is #1 priority IMHO, and this is how to do it.
The "three strikes" rule is to deal with things like copyright theft. Since when has theft been anything to do with neutrality ?

Always done it, always will. Good advice.

Wow - launched a Facebook group ! I bet the government are quaking in their boots ! A social networking site isn't going to affect politics.

Are Microsoft being punished for being too successful ? I guess thats the only way you can operate a monopoly...
If we had to start again, redesign & rebuild the internet, would it be any better ?
Some pirated software contains a trojan. Hardly worth mentioning.
No emissions, but it electrocutes all the fish around it....

If the OS is so insecure that it makes your system easy to compromise, thats an OS problem not software.

I heard a new soundbite from Apple saying that the whole internet WAS available on the iPhone, it just didnt necessarily all work !

"Ziggurat" is a funny way to spell "Matrix". The real question is will that many people mind having their spines jacked into the national grid ??
Now we just need the Linux community to fix all the bugs in Windows 7 & M$ may just become usable.

Not just software - compare prices on anything, Jeans, Coke, Cars etc etc, USA is much cheaper than Europe.
