    Really? And who is to be the just of "irresponsible dissent"?

    This gets into "if the government deems it irresponsible, then it is", no matter what "it" is. This is tyranny and should be utterly squashed as such.

    The U.S. Constitution guarantees freedom of speech, it does not qualify whether that speech is "responsible", "irresponsible" or any shade in between.

    You might want to set the liberal kool-aid down for a moment, until you can think clearly.

    300 was a story, based on real events in history.

    How you tie this to being "pro bush" is beyond imagination.

    And, don't get me wrong here, I am A) not a Republican and B) I think Bush is/was a war-monger and I do not and did not support him. And, for full disclosure, I fully oppose Obama and what the Democrats are and have been doing since the took over the House and Senate. On top of that, I oppose both major parties, Reps and Dems alike, as they are both equally responsible for the mess this country is in, and appear to be hell bent on making thing monumentally worse!

    I have some advice for you: Fricken chill!

    They have more now, because the mental health industry says they have more, so people in the mental health industry can use this to justify even more dollars poured into their worthless hands (psychiatrists and big pharma).

    Plus, a lot of new "disorders" have been invented since then, so go figure.

    They are almost as bad as the Man-Made Global Warming -- er -- Climate Change -- er -- Global Cooling fear-mongers.

    Oh, no privacy issues here, nosirree.

    Private companies (and government agencies) already have way too much private information on way too many people, IMHO.

    ... back in 1985, while underway on my ship in the U.S. Navy, middle of the Indian Ocean.

    I was off watch, and went and visited a Signalman friend up above the wheel house. They had a set of huge binoculars, which they called "big eyes". The sky was crystal clear, you could clearly see the bands of the Milky Way across the sky. Found Jupiter and zoomed in as far as I could, and clearly saw some of the moons around it. It was a neat experience seeing them myself for the first time.

    I have a companion device, which comes with higher quality dictionaries and encyclopedias called "A-MAGNIFYING_GLASS".

    Or, for a little bit of money, I can get a set of different magnification "READING_GLASSES". ;)

    You make the bold statement that man is causing global warming. And then, if it is warm, it is "global warming".

    But, after your bold statement, after the next ten years where the temperature decreases, it magically becomes "global climate change".

    That way, you can fear-monger "the people" about it, to totally justify even more taxes and abuse of the citizenry at the hands of central governments.

    It's all very simple, really.
