It has less to do with the Science of GMO and potential issue that my come with the new combo of genes. It has more to do with the Patent on a core food and even more to do with pesticides. GMOs are designed to resist the negative effects from pesticides so more pesticides can be applied. That is great that more bugs are dying and more plants are living. But you can't tell me that spraying our food with not just a little bit of poison but a TON of poison is not absorbed by the food. Then we eat the food that now has absorbed the poison. That must be real healthy.
How about this one. The CEO or any directory level can only have a salary of 3x the average salary of their employees. Investment should be rewarded. Having a valid P&L is important. Paying a majority of your employees minimum wage while you take the check for 100 Million a year is not fair.
anytime a company holds a patent on our craps and can one day charge $1000 per seed or hold everyone hostage by not producing the seeds unless political or financial agreements is made is a BAD thing. Never mind the potential for increase pesticides that then drain into our water supplies or stay in the food for us to digest.

Yep, since telephone is under title II regulations, there are many things I would like to say to my friends and family, that damn regulation has continued to stop me. In fact there are so many political and social items I would like to discuss on the phone. Unfortunately that title II regulation keeps making my phone hang up. PS. Regulation does not always equal we control all of it and decide what will work on it. Usually regulation states how the "owners" must allow competition to utilize it's copper lines.
Business owners were and have always been allowed to speak. The business they own has not. No one ever said a business person was not allowed to contribute or speak. The problem is now the business is allowed to speak with as much money as they have. Having laws that says you are only allowed to contribute X amount means that everyone has the chance to speak and those that are VASTLY more wealthy then others will not be able to drown out all of the "common" folk.

There is no "to be fair". This is how these companies and politicians get away with everything. Well that company came forward and admitted they were raping us so they are better then the ones that don't admit it. The answer to that is NO. There will be no raping. You rape you lose. If Google is hacked, Google takes the hit and looks bad. If your bank gets hacked, you take the hit, the merchant takes the hit, the bank walks away clean.
It is not identity theft (this makes the individual responsible to resolve.) it is fraud (causing the banks and fed to be responsible to clean it up). Someone needs to sue the bank because they allowed the fraud to happen then called it identity theft so they could wash their hands of it.
It is called intellectual property. Once a company claims that there product is protected they do not have to disclose whats in it. Look at fracking mixtures. We take the trust us it is safe to people instead of give us a list of whats in it. The same issue is shown here. Company makes product and yes it puts out fires really well. That is all they test for. We need laws that state you must list and test what is in your product to make sure it is safe in how it is being applied.
You forgot the fact that the cost of goods and services will never drop in half to match the salary drops. That equals profit. Why would they drop the profit? Does apple drop the cost of the goods because they use cheap slave labor instead of making the products in the expensive US?
