I love it when people criticize my posts without having a clue what they're talking about. I didn't feel like dishing out a pile of hate at them as I knew someone else would come along eventually and do it for me. Thanks.
And a lot of the people that would get help don't because getting therapy involves talking to their doctor about it, then booking an appointment, then leaving their house and interacting with the outside world.
Same here. The dozen or so times I've known details about something reported in a newspaper they've gotten pretty much everything wrong. I wouldn't trust them to spell their own name right let alone properly report on an event. What's in the newspaper is complete fiction when compared to reality.
These students are going to be the future leaders, in both business and politics. It is reasonable to require them to have an appreciation for the people they will be leading.
Well said. Everyone who manages labour workers should have done that work at one time, from the CEO on down. But since that's never going to happen I suggest that the CEO's office be placed in the middle of the factory floor. No walls either, just right out in the open.
Most phones these days have a glass screen. You essentially need sand to scratch it. Maybe pushing against car keys can leave a mark. I've got a galaxy III and I haven't used a screen protector or case. I keep it in my pocket and the screen doesn't have a mark on it besides fingerprints.
They'll be testing mars rovers for decades. Something the size of a football field (a standard unit of measurement in the States) would be fine and the cost wouldn't be prohibitive.
The Atacama is pretty inhospitable, especially for people trying to run these tests. They could recreate the conditions in a large indoor lab easily enough. All you need is rocks, sand, fans, and some dehumidifiers. I don't really get why they need to go to the Atacama.
First they're blaming crime on video games. Now they're blaming war crimes? They can't be serious. I'm glad that my experience with real world war and war crimes is zero. I'm not relying on a video game to be realistic, hell they won't even show civilians in the war zones.
I'm gonna go check the papers for this story, check the papers.

The vast majority of headsets use either Bluetooth or plug in with USB.
If USB doesn't work and Bluetooth doesn't work then what does?
Looks like it'll cause a lot of blisters.
I read that as "the only job you can get with a psychology degree is bartending"
Always called her Miss Perky.
Historically, the flying machine has just been a stupid pipe dream. We shouldn't even try building one.
That would be cool. I could sit with Deanna Troy all day.
That takes me back. There was a talking parrot that went along with this.

In the short term there should be absolutely no impact. If the shutdown lasts more than a year then I'd start getting concerned.

You can try but I revert any change that doesn't come with an additional three references and was approved in the talk page prior to the edit.

There's a 50% chance it was aliens. Either it was aliens, or it wasn't aliens.
The main reason is that the team members like Chilean food. And it's hard to test the rover's Alpaca spit shield in an indoor test facility.

The rovers are painfully slow. They don't need 600 square miles to test them unless the tests last fifty years.

In the UK and Canada that's about the strongest language you will find. It translates to American as "We demand. Or else!!!".
Yeah. That's pretty insulting.
