There are all those people out there with PS3s that they have nothing better to do with than watch blu ray videos. There are significantly less hd-dvd players out there. Who do you think will sell more movies?
You mean we respect our politicians in the US? Thats news to me...well, I do respect my former state's representative, since he actually never made any decisions I disagreed with that I know about.
Yeah, lets blame the guy who was attempting to keep himself from being sued and possibly more for ignoring a cease and desist order! Heaven forbid he try and protect himself and his site from legal action. His nerve in not listening to his users who are protected by anonymity, while he would be the one to bite the bullet!
The problem is that we have no ability to vote on laws. We can only elect people we HOPE will represent our interests when those laws are proposed, and also write to our representative and hope they listen to us. But they can just as easily ignore the people who elected them. Throw in things like attaching bad laws onto other bills that need to be passed and you have the makings for a government that the people have very little say in.
How about something that is proven beyond a reasonable doubt? That article doesn't seem to say that they have proven that video games cause real world violence.

Do you really have to ask? It will be the "enhanced" version of course. Lucas wants to pretend that the original versions never existed.
