Seriously how the hell can you have a crime with no victim? You think it's the MPAA and the people involved in making the movies, music etc?
It's not, becuase you can not prove that a person downloading a song/movie would have bought it otherwise. How exactly do you prove damages? You can only say "Well your honor if little Tommie couldn't download the new Emenim song he would have gone and bought it at Best Buy.". Not a single ounce of evadence could be show to prove that is true.
How do you prove a song downloaded cost you a sale?
Could you not just add an extra box on the rating section that asks for the customers mood?
Say a box that says rate this film 1-5 stars. Below that a drop down with the most common moods, happy, sad, angry, annoyed. It seems to me a big factor in when you rate a film is your current mood. If your in a good mood your more likely to be forgiving of a film, in a bad mood your going to be critical.
This extra information might help you determin the accuracy of a given rating. I'm shure a study could help determin just how much a given mood can effect a rating +/- so many points.
Seems to make sense to me but what the hell do I know?
So if we haven't found wormholes entrance, because they may be mistaken for black holes, shouldn't we be looking for and finding thier exits? I mean a wormhole exit should have all sorts of matter bursting and seeping out some kind of opening.
Wouldn't these be easy to spot? If we haven't found them doesn't that imply they may not exist? Or are they perhaps so rare as to be useless in the normal sense. Only extraordinary luck will ever allow us to observe a wormhole?
For me it has to be the little scene when I first saved a Little Sister. It was a beautiful moment in my opinion. The Swell of the music, the brilliant light, her vain struggle and finally ending with a simple Thank you. One of the few moments in gaming I felt like a real hero.
I just don't understand how they could not have for seen this shortage. I mean last year the same thing happened and they said then they would be ready for this year. Yet here we are. I have friends, family and co-workers asking me where they can get thier hands on a Wii.
It really makes me wonder about the rumors of intentional shorting. From a business point it would make no sense to short your sales. From a marketing point however it's been brilliant. Wii is all the rage and is likely so popular BECAUSE it's hard to get. Nothing lights a fire under middle American purchasing power like that hard to get must have Christmas gift.
With this sort of access what exactly stops the US goverment from going to Blizzard like they have AT&T? They can gain far more information about you, and your habits, via this manner than anything they can get from your Phone calls and internet traffic.
So that's why you see fractals and patters when you trip on Mushrooms. Reality is a fractal! Man that's deep.
Would this allow someone who is deaf to hear?

Good Omens is an excellent book. Also the only book I have ever laughed out loud to while reading, repeatedly.

But I thought that god did not play dice... Intelligent speculation is proof God likes to Bet on Dice.
