I used to have quite a lot of power cords , keyboards and mice just laying around , and power cords are basically free. I'm sure the kids will bypass your grounding measures in no time.
The SSID is used as a salt for the WPA/WPA2--PSK. There's rainbow tables available for the most common 1000 SSIDs and all pass-phrases up to 23 characters. I'm guessing someone took the time to generate some tables with all salts less than 5 characters as well , in addition to those 1000 most commonly used.
The hell are you people drinking , molten gold? A shot of good vodka is a slightly less than 2$ where i drink. And by shot i mean 50ml , none of that fancy pants 25-40ml shot glass bullshit. Whiskey costs double... Eastern Europe FTW.
I don't think the brain has component inputs , it's all composite. Adding a new signal on the same wire might produce a new color. It's the signal that would be different and interpreted differently.Say make it similar to what the rods and cones do but higher/lower in frequency.
As you get more and more people involved it's only natural for things to get colder. Human beings aren't built to get close to everybody , most can only "handle" a certain amount of friends.
You can certainly try to make them all get along with various teambuilding activities , parties and the like , and that will help to some extent , but you can't force them to feel close to one another. After all you can't offer 10 people the same amount of time you could offer 5 , if you were to divide it equally.
The only thing you can do is hope that people working in the same team will start to bond while at the same time not gather any negative sentiments towards other teams.
The best way you can do that ? Make sure everybody is doing their job right _and_ not pissing all over other people's job.
Example Case : You've got the IT service guys fixing everything up , cleaning all the viruses from the network, but the rest of them can't be bothered to remember one secure password to their account.
IT will hate everyone for making their job more difficult than it should be , and everybody will hate the IT workers because they caught them on a bad day and got shouted at.
Another thing I've found helpful is having a friendly face pop in and ask if there's any unresolved issues in any department or if there's any improvement that can be made. This person can't always be their direct boss , people get scared of talking about things that bother them to people that have a say over their future.
In the end all these people are only there for one thing , their job. Make sure they can do it as easily as possible , and as good as they can and you'll see people getting along.
What pisses people off the most is _wasting their time_ even if they're getting paid for that waste time it will hurt them and they will take it out on others. At the same time don't force them to pretend their having fun if their not , that just annoys people further
Now since they're all trying to do their job , if you can show them that it would be easier if they worked together , that would help even more. GIve them the proper tools to collaborate and help each other and they'll all thank you for it.
Did i miss something ? Is it really redundant to bring attention to the fact that software required to boot into another operating system shouldn't depend on weather or not you have the latest version of one of the operating systems ?
Nobody knows of Ronja. It's been around since forever.
Visible laser based point-to-point networking good for 1.4km@10Mbps.
I think they were working on a 100Mbps version as well but i haven't seen much progress in that direction.
Sure it's not 1Gbps and it doesn't serve the exact same market segment but the technology is already here , it's cheap to build and the designs are free so i thought some of you might get some use out of it.
A fairly older friend of mine's got type 2 diabetes and he sais he's been keeping it under control with diet , exercise and a couple of plant extracts.
Now I'm not big on all the "nature treatments" and stuff if i can't read a proper scientific paper on the active ingredients and how they go about their business , and frankly i haven't given it much effort but it seems to work for him and he no longer has to take those nasty sulfamides the docs were feeding him.
So here's a list of the stuff he takes:
1) gymnema sylvestre (he's taking some pills called diabecon containing that , and i'm not sure but i think they're local , but anything containing that should be good)
2) momordica charantia (some kind of cucumbers., he's taking "insulina verde" (ie green insulin in english) by hofigal , also local i think) You should be able to find tinctures containing that anywhere though.
3) Diabetico , made by Tang xin so..china town ?. It's supposed to be plant based , haven't the slightest clue what it contains , probably more of what i've listed in a different form.
4) Diavit , made by some local guy , ingredients are: Vaccinium myrtillus , Hippophae rhannoides
So search for those ingredients and see what you can find locally that's got the same basic things, so far it's been working great for'em and his mom as well.
Now if you're serious about your health you're going to permanetly fix this , and not just rely on plants to keep you above the floating line.
I've studied everything i could related to type 2 diabetes , and what has to be done about it. You know what i've noticed ? Body builders do everything a type 2 diabetic is supposed to do to maintain healthy , because they need insulin sensitivity (what you're lacking) in order to reach their goals.
As such i recommend you start bodybuilding:). One great site i found ( abcbodybuilding.com ) has great articles on diet and exercise , and you'll probably be glad you're getting in shape as well.
You've probably heard it all before , but health is worth the effort , do something about it before it's too late. My friend is too lazy to do it , even though i've shown him the results (I'm sorta predisposed to diabetes myself , i just started weightlifting and dieting like the Terminator in time and my bloodwork went from red to black in a few months). The deal is , you have to keep at it , it's a lifestyle change , not a quick fix.
With proportional text you get a great deal more recognized words. That's great for print but programmers tend to have similarly named variables , because they attribute some sort of related meaning to them. When reading them with a proportional font you're going to have a lot more recognitions but because you can't easily see the difference most of them will be false positives. Rereading will then add more overhead than reading it right , but slower the first time.
You try and QoS connection requests from all over the world , oh wait , you cant because they're already down the line from your ISP by the time they get to you.(well DUH)
Sure , make a list of all your files and corresponding checksums , and once in a while take it offline and verify the checksums on another computer. If anything that you haven't modified has changed , you likely have a problem.
Yes , one can abuse the DMA subsystem though firewire/usb and read/write to system memory. That way you can recover encryption keys and/or unlock the "locked" system.
If you leave your laptop with the screen locked but on in your hotel room you have the cold boot attack for your encryption keys.
Just my personal observation of 30-40 year olds. Two of them i know had severe allergic reactions to the shots , and two or so had severe cases of the flu where in previous years only had mild symptoms.
My grandpa however has been getting them every year and never had a problem , for him they work. For others they don't do much , and for the few I've mentioned they would've been better off not getting the shot at all.
For me personally i prefer to ride it out at home for now , it does involve a few weeks of terrible downtime , not much fun to be sick but it's training for when I'm older.
Because that's the main selling point to the shots , get it or you die , even if you're not part of the risk group. Probably should have used another symbol and explained this point in the first post.
Flu shots are for people with weak immune systems and old people that are at higher risk to "die" from it. Never get one done if you don't _need it_.
I've see more people almost die due to allergic reactions to shots than i have due to a bad case of the flu.
Just pray the kids don't know anything about privilege escalation.

But then he would not be able to re-license it to someone else , under any other license than BSD now would he ?

In my case the 3D glasses fit over my regular , i think most if not all 3D glasses are built the same these days so you have a pretty good shot at it.
No new plants , but new units inside existing plants have.

Power to the people! Is it an international feature at least ? I Have yet to see a video streaming service that works for non-US folk.

Us poor students have to work using only a thumb drive , while we live in a rolled up newspaper in the middle of the lake.
