Having just read through the New Testament and the first half-ish of the Old (to Ruth), I'm now left wondering what color the sky is on the biblical-literalist world.
So what? The point is to make it harder for crackers to get your password/token and additionally make it impossible for them to use the same credentials to access your accounts elsewhere.
Your point is irrelevant and seems to have been raised just to make yourself feel superior.
The proper way is to use a good password manager with the following features: 1) cloud-based sync, so you can access it from any computer or mobile device 2) multifactor authentication, such as a USB stick or a grid or biometrics 3) a configurable password generator (i.e. you can choose length, complexity, etc.)
I use LastPass and like it enough to have bought a year's subscription for $12, but there are other good choices out there like 1Password, or you could homebrew up something with e.g. DropBox + KeePass or Google Drive + TrueCrypt + something that can read TC volumes on iOS/Android.
Generate a different random password for each site needing an account, as complex and as long as the site will allow for, and with LastPass at least you can attach a note to each site's entry so you could enter random line-noise answers for security questions like "What is your mother's maiden name?", thus making crackers work much harder. I've also got LP set up for multifactor authentication and with a strong master password.
He had the privilege of having the opportunity to study after hours. Not everyone's got that privilege, e.g. people with small children or those who have to work two or three jobs to get by.
Granted there are people who have that opportunity but waste it, but not everyone's got even that.
I've long feared that the USA is heading towards being another Weimar Republic: a powerless government that can't get anything done because of warring factions, and eventually the people get tired of this and elect a strongman who will Get Things Done... and Things will indeed Get Done, to our sorrow.
These neo-monarchists are a symptom of that, I think.
A bunch of others claiming to be libertarian (like RON PAUL and many of his followers) are really states-rightsers; in other words, they're happy to let the state governments oppress you, but the feds had better not try to put a stop to it or decide to oppress someone else.

From what I can see, it's a "bad" thing for two reasons:
1) The big oil companies (read: major campaign donors) haven't decided to try to make money off solar yet, and
2) The Democrats are in favor of it.
Likewise all the tax breaks for Exxon Mobil.

Do I misremember or are you required to buy paper clothing to enter certain buildings if your clothes don't meet dress code?
IME Mint updates fairly quickly, it's LMDE (the Debian-based version) that has really slow updates for everything besides web browsers.
