Never had a problem with mine. When I worked for Geek Squad I did see a lot of them coming in with problems though. Seem to have gotten better over time. Didn't Microsoft extend their manufacturer's warranty to account for this? At least they're not turning their backs to the situation.
I would hope the cockroaches adjust to the timezone they're in.
They're probably noctournal wherever they are - So the timezone wouldn't really matter.

As if DRM couldn't be worse - I bought a CD last week and ripped it to my computer only to find that I couldn't play the songs. When I try to download the license - the server for obtaining it wasn't responding. Kind of makes you not want to buy CDs anymore, and if it weren't for my obsession with having the actual packaging and lyric book - I wouldn't after that crap.
Back when I worked at Best Buy some guy returned a DVD player with the most god awful transvestite porn in it (obviously covered in biological samples). We called him back and he denied having any affiliation.
So we told his wife.
I agree with this - I got sick of girl characters begging for gold in games like WoW. Some guys make girl characters because they find the male players will give a "female" character gold more often than a "male" character.
Only a matter of time until those things from Half-Life 2 are flying around my apartment gathering data about what I eat, wear, and do on my spare time. Then start spitting out ads.
