    Thought crime indeed. According to the article, one of the posters said "I think I will sodomize her." Scummy, yes, and one step from an actual threat, but definitely just thoughts; quite literally. Free speech takes yet another hit.

    Note also it doesn't have any backup to its (misleading) headline. Usually "could face legal..." means some law enforcement agency has noticed the issue. The only one stirring up the pot here (and working pretty hard at it) seems to be the article's author.

    Even starting from scratch, they have over a year to develop the system, which really shouldn't be all that complicated. Also, why not just do it in 2011 or 2012 if the system isn't ready in 2010?
