  1. Re:Not surprising on US Police Increasingly Peeping At Email, IMs · · Score: -1

Thank you for saying this - you are completely right - this is where the foolish anti Obama BS comes from and the idiotic assumptions that drive people to vote the republicans/tea party back into office.

One thing I must add though is that if Obama had been a bit more of a unilateral "decider" and overpowered Republicans and Teabaggers with liberal lawmaking, earmarks, signing statements, vetos, etc we would have been in a far different position now. The dems would be dominating, the war would be over, defense spending going down, healthcare for all, republicans would look like fools etc but he instead chose to compromise and reach across the aisle (something republicans would NEVER do) which gave them the appearance of legitimacy.
Lets face it, if dems would have made sure to cheer us up by UNDOING the bush era shit like TSA, DHS, PATRIOT ACT, ETC and place the blame for the financial crisis where it belonged: WALL STREET, THE RICH SCAMMING THE POOR AND REPUBLICANS BEING THE PARTY OF FINANCE AND EXPLOITATION and have pushed propaganda to the media then they could have kicked the GOP in the teeth and the public would have loved it.

These poor fucks who wanted a home of their own, who cant get decent jobs because there are so few are not to blame. Its the banks who artificially jack up the prices of anything that would require a "loan" to buy because of the novelty that banks are the only entities that can AFFORD a house! Then they give people loans they cant ever pay off, and the banks still keep the house.. while putting a poor fuck who just wanted a home like their parents had in deeper debt, with nothing to show for it!
I hate the way all of this is turning out, and I wish there was something we could do about all this but it looks like we have no say and there is little we can do to change things because we are surrounded by so much waste and stupidity... and humans... overpopulating, exploiting, ignorant, apathetic, hungry, uneducated, superstitious, idiot humans with short lifespans.

Awesome, lets get another new Nintendo console! I bet it will have fun family oriented games with simplistic graphics! I love the controllers they come up with! Truly a novelty that is worth the money for the 4 solid hours of fun it will provide!

Again, look at the weird way they made yet another controller design! Its like they cant decide which way a controller should work! What ever will they do next to design the next amazing and special looking, ill shaped and wacky controller!?

Who cares if there is no content other than a few games the Mormons will use for family home evening fun, or physically challenged people will use in a severely modern and outdoor impaired attempt to get exercise, its the new and awkward controller design I'm excited about!

Remember, game systems aren't about games, they are about fun, mushrooms, cartoony mascots and unique controllers!

    CUTE!

I believe something is spelled wrong. Or the story sounded so odd on purpose... like the beginning of this sentence did.
Either way I disagree with all other comments above. I disagree with and make better points in a shorter amount of time than those below this comment as well. To be fair, your comments were OK, but the news in the summary was terrible. I hate all the news I see except for scientific discoveries. I hate the world's ways that seem so petty, greedy and wasteful. Not to mention stupid political situations. I f I were president I would put an end to parking meters and meter maids. I would dispose of all Ferengi amassing of wealth from exploitation. Things would be meant and created to last and be useful as good as new for generations, and we would not waste. This plastic world... makes me ill. I am an idealist.

On one hand android may be awesome and customizable, but on the other hand it ends up getting too customizable. I want my phone to be simple to use, and UI to be basic and easy as possible.

Lets imagine someone figures out how to port android to the iphone. How many people do you suppose would really switch to it after trying it out? VS How many people would switch back to the iphone os after a short time? How long would they have tried it?

This news sickens me. I used to be Mormon, until I figured things out for myself. For years I despised my family because they had me believe such utter bullshit. It created such conflict in my heart and mind I cant even describe the experiences without embarrassing myself.

Now I see the tradition goes strong in all walks of life, with the religious nuts forcing their beliefs on unsuspecting youth in schools who may be fortunate enough not to have this stuff happen at home, now they will be exposed to it in schools.
This sickens me to even imagine what the world will be like... I'm glad I'll only live another 30 years.

This way of thinking may get you in trouble:
I crave ideas based on verifiable facts because they may be useful for making life more honest. But to be friendly, so others are nice to me I will choose to believe in things that people say. Only if they are good at saying things repeatedly the same way, and if they are good at saying things they hear, especially if ...they are willing to believe what other people say too! It just feels like the right thing to do.

Its nice to see the medical industry take steps to modernize finally.

Problems with visiting the doctor in person:

If you are sick you have to make an appointment - and wait. If you cant wait and you need answers you go to the ER (bad for many reasons)

If you are sick you have to drive to the doctor when the appointment comes, or get a ride or ride public transit and share the germs etc (bad for many reasons)

When you get to the doctors office, you wait with other sick people. (spread the germs - bad on many levels)

You speak to 2 people before you speak to the doctor (cost of receptionist, cost of nurse, miscommunication possible)

Skipping all of those steps may be a good idea for things where physical testing etc isn't needed.
