Or even better, get all the mentally ill and drug addict gorillas into linux-installing recovery programs. because it's well known to everyone who has tried that installing linux... cures you.
The fact that it's called "Amazon MP3" and then to tag it "not flac" and "not lossless" seems rather redundant don't you think? Obviously mp3 is not flac, and everyone already knows mp3 is a lossy format.
Clearly this was a type-o. The correct statistic is that 47% of IT guys had a dream at work in which they kissed a co-worker.
Of those 47%, 15% admitted they didn't even know the name of the person who they kissed in their dream because they have never spoken a word to the member of the opposite sex. (with the exception of their mother)
25% admitted that they gotten close enough to see the secretaries name tag.
Finally, 60% admitted that they thought kissing the new company servers counted as kissing a co-worker.
I would wager that Portal is going to be way more of a time-sink to be considered simply a "mini-game" I also know that there are some people out there (who were probably not breastfed) that don't even want Portal... sucks to be them!
I find it interesting, knowledge that a new Gmail UI is in the works is somewhat interesting, though not very surprising. But what was more interesting (at least to me, and rather humerus) was the way it was found.
Of course - if you're still worried, you could always throw solar collectors into space and beam the power down with microwaves (which - to preempt your objection - turns out to be rather safe)
I would imagine it also becomes much more expensive.
heh, thats quite the lengthy and technical reply to a post that was really just for maybe a chuckle...
really why i posted it tho was because that statement can pretty much be applied to nearly every computer-related technology that has ever existed... any computer/pda/cellphone... the list goes on, it just seemed like such and obvious thing to say.
advertisers are trying to decipher the relative merits and differences among the various organizations
riiiight.... because various organizations like to encrypt their merits and differences as part of a cat-and-mouse game that they play with advertisers.

I'd like to here some people's opinions on this... i've played the game myself, and frankly, characters behave exactly as i would expect them to in the game.
i've heard opinions ranging from "dumbest/worst AI ever" to "by far the most challenging and complex AI system ever"
one opinion i will give for myself: the pathing system this game uses for quests (and seemingly, the AI using the same pathing) is freakin amazing.
yea, it turns out that is only true for CRT's. there was some study and the LCD's actually require more power for black... why? well it didn't explain why, but my guess is that the backlight of the LCD is always going, so it takes some "effort" for the pixles to block the light, as opposed to a lack of effort to let the light go thru... just a guess tho.
Blow up the sun, that should cut light pollution by at least 50%

Lets observe if the comet re-grows it's tail. If it does, this could lead us to the true origin of reptiles!

hmm it's convincing but i don't think many people would go for it. lets try and spin it the other way around...
Sharing WoW accounts reduces electricity usage!
Remember: when you play WoW alone, you play WoW with Hitler!

maybe you missed the big, bold "Translate Phrase for Gmail UI" at the top of the image?
or maybe u missed the "Link that users can click on if they are part of the trusted testers program to go to the newer UI." that is near the bottom?
+1 irony for subject title this was posted under... "nothing to see here"

It could be argued that alternatives (some being less "harmful" to consumer) would actually be better at maximizing profits, than using lock-ins.
But why would the USA want to teach the Russian kids how to hack?
I would imagine it also becomes much more expensive.
While I'm not entirely sure, I doubt it will be "3) Profit!"
Hopefully this spaceship will be able to slow down before it reaches mars.

software can be deleted, chances are the hard drive will be wiped, so all ur data's already gone
really the best idea is to call chuck norris, and convince him roundhouse kick every laptop thief in the universe.

yea i thought this was a curious headline considering i just did the same, thing, and have already finished pre-loading TF2

ummm. I think you got that backwards.
well, blue screen came with both free and paid for editions of windows. this new black screen is only for the free editions, or so microsoft says.
instead of 85% of your college buddies being addicted to WoW, it will be more like 99%!
u caught me!
