Just saying you have other options and you can take a boat to Europe. If one option (in this case flying) become unacceptable to you, don't fly. The airlines will notice a drop in passengers and the rules will change. Money runs everything and if you choose where you spend your money and so does everyone else the world will change. For now the US is stuck on "fighting the terrorist" or "disliking Bush" but eventually it will change. We got rid of McCarthy right??? Also please try to remember the world is not all about you. The government has a responsibility to protect its citizens. Now the government finds Millimeter-Wave Scanners as a good weapon to use to protect its citizens from terrorist. You feel this is a bad thing. So you can always take it to the supreme court thats what it here for.

Why? In most cases you are protected from liability and your employer is the one to blame. You may get fired from your job, but you will not get sued. For example my wife works at a school and someone told her they were going to sue her. She notified the principal and the school district took care of it. So no this person should not go for jail they should be fired and the employer should give a bad referral.

So they changed the structure of the drivers. So with that out in the open why should Microsoft Vista be more compatible with Windows XP drivers? If you had a car that used leaded gas and you bought a new car that only works with unleaded gas you would not blame the auto maker for not supporting the use of leaded gas would you? what this law is is an attempt to criminalize a culture of sharing. No the problem is some people do not want to add to the pot. Some people do not want to also purchase a WAP. They think everything should be free. So if 5 people in a given area all have their own WAP the 6th guy thinks he does not have to pitch in. That is what this is making illegal, or rather it is because of that sharing is now illegal.
