  2. Yes, exactly. Just as a dog owner is held responsible for actions of a dog, an autonomous car owner should be held responsible for the actions of a car. It should be the responsibility of the owner of said vehicle to litigate against the manufacturer, not the victim.

  21. Purists will be the death of theaters in the end. People want to pause movies when the paused, and have their phones turned on when they want them on. Such simple mundane everyday things irritate those who would dictate others behavior to please their own. The sooner dictatorial theaters die, the better.

    To me that is the biggest reason not to enter a theater. If a get a phone call I want to pause, if I want to pee I want to pause. And I enjoy my beer which is not served in the vast majority of theaters. Theaters are designed for those who who are willing to follow rules, and the sooner they die the better.

    Exactly! I have no interest in any computer game that forces online play, and that goes treble for multiplayer. Others have no interest in playing without being online and having hundreds or thousands of enemies to dismember. Gaming is a personal thing.

    Mine definitely dropped when I was 25. Maybe being married by then and having a couple of kids helped too? I know my driving habits certainly changed when I realized my behavior could adversely effect other lives, that is for sure. Instead of darting in and out of traffic I finally realized that being the tortoise was much more rationale than being the hare.
