It's an anti-embargo. Russians can continue to afford their games despite drastic currency devaluation. Considering the other option is to raise Russian prices drastically, seems this is a gamer friendly decision.

You could do this completely dick move, but be sure never to describe what you are offering as internet service, nor be deceptive when advertising so as to make tenants think you are providing internet service. It would be akin to advertising free cable when the only channels on that "cable" are CCTV of your board of directors masturbating over the idea of "mad profitz".
Just as our minds are not points of awareness but collections of such, any AI will have processes that evaluate information at differing timescales. Moreover, the consciousness of an AI will be at whatever timescale the AI most commonly needs to interact at to thrive. All other processes will be subordinate, whether faster or slower.
Just finished Might and Magic X: Legacy last night, then I tried Blackguards and the program locked up during the intro movie. I was not able to close it or even reboot my computer, so I won't be trying that again til after a patch. Today I tried Jazzpunk and it was mildly amusing... not as funny as I had hoped. I think I am likely to fire up BF4 now that Second Assault has been released.
Free market means more specifically that the market is free of factors that inhibit the efficiency produced by supply and demand. If there are barriers to entry, a market is not free, even if there is zero government interference.

One of the points made in the video is that there is plenty of time for facts to come out during the court process and the time to speak is then, not alone to the cops where you are vulnerable to being tripped up. It is not blanket advise to shut up from arrest to sentence.
