    He means that companies should hire the most suitable candidate for the job, wether he or she is white, black, gay.. or have three arms and five legs.
    Just hire the best person for the job.

    Or would you like to be hired just because you are a certain minority, and not because they are convinced you have the right qualities ?

    These pens are not meant for writing, these are drawing pens for drafting and need to be held differently.
    They also absolutely fail on #3 as well.

    The problem with these watches is that the RFID-chip is integrated in the watch. The style and functionality of these watches is not what i want in my watch. Why doesn't Exxon/times make a little 'thingy' i can clip to the wristband ? I can wear different watches and just connect the chip to it. I then have the watch i want and the benefits (and lack of privacy) of the RFID-chip.

    The tags get their power from a electromagnetic field generated by the tag-reader. This produces electricity in a coil in the tag. So the tags never run out of power and only time and an 'external brute force' (like a hammer) can destroy them.
