    That's what I expected when I moved into my latest job. Turns out that they have heard of it, they just don't use it because it doesn't work as well and generally messed up the format of whatever they opened.

    They will occasionally use it if they get obscure file that word won't open though.

    Why is it illegal? IIRC We have a legal right to any footage of us obtained by CCTV. We have a data protection act but we also have a freedom of information act. What is your point? If you are out in public the you'll probably get picked up by some public webcams anyway...

    Meh. PS1 - still works fine. Trinitron PC Monitor - worked fine for years. Only got rid of it because it was 15" and LCDs got cheaper. P200 digital camera - put down on sand which got in the gears and stopped the lens from shutting - replaced. Replacement P200 - still works fine. Older P180(?) digital camera - dropped in a glass of water; still works fine.

    I can understand all the anti-sonyism but everything they've sold me has worked fine.

    and there are 14 cw/f (cubic whales per football pitch) in each cmol/CoCm
    According the google the exchange rate is 1.7.
    So a quick calculation gives us...

    I see your point, and I agree but that isn't the best analogy. I've never bought a game that needed an extra payment to run (excluding hardware upgrades). It's more like "What, you want drive that car you've had for a while another 10,000 miles? That's gonna cost you. Yeah, we could have made the car able to drive that far in the first place but we make more money this way. Er, I mean...Look! An extra 10,000 miles! At a low, low price! Ahem..."
