    I think I should patent a business model. I cite prior art on /.! What about ringtones that people listen to, that's pratically distributing music - and what if you're in a closed elevator with a lot of people, that's pratically like a performance

    in reality, peer reviewing code does work - whether it is memory leaks, security holes, or even performance problems. Code is complex enough that nobody can be the be-all-end-all expert in every aspect. However, there is a good chance that a specialized expert in security that contributes to open source will see the problem and either fix it or tell you how to fix it. Same for memory leaks and everything else.

    Or xml to lml http to lttp i'm sure the developers working for china can block things just as easy as someone can rename something - the real answer is democratic freedoms, and not in the "we say your free but have big brother" type of way, but in the real democracy type of way

    on my reasonable mac, photoshop is the single application that can bring my mac to its knees. it looks like there is bloat, and possible memory leaks in it

    I accidently spilled water on a laptop once, it was never the same lol. the worst part about it was that it was a nice sony vaio that just finished its warranty.
