And no they can't use the claim of well we downloaded it from them as proof of actual distribution. Since the copyright holder can not infringe on their own work. So good luck with that one unless they can pull her p2p logs show each and every person she actually distributed to. I see this case and future ones as a lost cause, since their bread and butter of "making available" now seems to be null and void.

Twelve Grand?! Is this another indicator of inflation? Who is billing this out? For 12 grand the phone companies should give you a phone that will work for life, from anywhere, to anywhere. Are the same people responsible for claiming that a quarter of schwag has a "street value" of fifty grand?

Well look at it this way. $12,000 in calls divided by the 400+ calls would bring it to less than $30 per call. For anyone who has made calls to overseas knows that the rates are freakin expensive.

    For example from the FCC
Here are sample costs for calls to France from the U.S. at basic and discounted rates:

Basic Rate is $1.77-2.77 per minute

Note: The actual rates and terms from companies you choose may be different than those shown.

    Fuck off and die, bitch.

Just because you patent it that doesn't mean you have to charge an arm and a leg for it. Some people simply get a patent so others can't steal their idea. Say some gready corp who says hey this is cheap and effective and we can make a fortune even if we up the cost 5000% or more.

For those with patches missing or vulnerabilites it will then rate them on criticality. Plus you can also scan remote machines as well.

I find this very usefull for tracking down those bugger programs that are not always listed in add remove programs to see what is all hiding on the system.
