    I have been saying for years that any company that runs their business on Google apps will end up either out of business, or as a division of Google.
    Any company that relies on an online office tool is not a company I will be dealing with.

    All this cloud crap is just the return of the mainframe.
    Remember when Sun advertized "The network is the computer."? Well, it wasn't then, it isn't now, and I doubt it will be in the future.

    Already has. I had my mother smuggle some 100W bulbs in to BC from Manitoba for me.
    I have dimmers all over my house. I also have some LED lights and CFLs. The right bulb for the right job.

    Like I said when I read it it did not requite you to stop using MSE, it just recommended that you stop using it if you had more than 10 PCs.

    Keep in mind MSE is only free for organizations for under 10 people...

    You should read the license more carefully. It recommends not using it for organizations over about 10 people. It doesn't say you can't use it.
    At least that was the case a couple of years ago when I looked into it.

    If you mixed it with a non-oxidising gas, such as a mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, wouldn't that mitigate the problem considerably?

    The problem with the two gasses you mention is they are both very heavy. Of course there may be other options.

    I called them up, and they seem to have no clue what UltraReset is.

    That is strange. When I called them up, they offered to bring me a copy and show me how to install it on my phone. They changed their minds when I told them I lived in Canada.

    I don't have to bend over backwards to satisfy my neighbor's needs.

    Where do you live? Because I want to move there.
    Where I live (Vancouver Canada) we regularly get people complaining about the noise and inconvenience caused by the PNE (Pacific National Exhibition), not what these people completely ignore if the fact that the PNE has been going on for 100 years! So they knew the score when they moved to the area. The worst part, from my perspective, is that people listen to these whack jobs. The response should be "The PNE was here first. Here is a $250 fine for wasting my time."

    I feel the same way about these "WiFi makes me sick" idiots.

    I have often wondered if they created theses cases as examples.
    Here is how it could work:
    Hire someone to get sued.
    Have then put up a terrible defense, ignore good advise. Do anything to lose, and lose big.
    Get a huge settlement.

    Use the settlement, as an example to get others to settle. (AKA: Profit)

    Sorry if I got any terminology wrong, IANAL (Obviously).

    I set an old computer or monitor (even old big CRTs) out on top of the trash cans...someone usually gets them long before the trash men come early the next morning...I call it "New Orleans Recycling"

    When I bought my house I decided to not move all the computer trash I had hanging around my old apartment. I discovered that I had 15 computers I had no use for. I dropped them all, 2 or 3 at a time, next to the dumpster. Each time by the next morning they were gone.

    a strong believer that the ban was more to keep passengers from annoying each other than it was about safety.

    If this is then the case the ban has probably saved a large number of lives. I know I once came within a hair of strangling some woman on the bus who just would not shut up on her damn phone. That was only about a 40 minute trip, imagine an 8 hour trip.
