    For starters mirror the current root dns but refuse to remove any domains if they were tampered with by the RIAA and the like.
    Remove all squated/harvested domains. (It's easy detect those), smarter people could think of what's next but this is a pretty good start.

    Tell me, why is it still possible for private parties to change things like this on a whim?
    There needs to be a system where if the domain record returned from a dns server differs from the ones returned by say 4 others is different, it is discarded and the record returned by the 4 dns servers is used.

    As much as we'd like to condemn the profession have you seen the pricks they have to deal with?
    It's like war out there. Teachers are flipping out because they aren't allowed to discipline the pupils, the little gits know this and push the system as far as they can.
    If you want sanity at school you need to have the teachers spank the everliving shit out of the little gits when they behave like pricks.

    Oh yes, Oni a million times yes. I loved that game. Reinstalled it recently and got through it in a single sitting.
    I'm a big fps and fighter games fan and there definitely need to be more stuff like Oni.

    What is up with adobe and bullshit installs, really it pisses me off. getPluswhatever downloader that installs as a plugin JUST to download an exe? Wait what? The browser can install things perfectly. Firefox even comes with an automated system that requires no input from the user while updating/installing plugins.
    But noooo, adobe has to be all annoying about it. Just install the thing i told you to don't fuck with me.
    And what is up with things wanting to install toolbars all over the place? What is this the browser wars again?
    At least there are silent installers with no frills one click interfaces otherwise reinstalling apps while maintaining pcs would be a huge pain.

    I think you are wrong sir. The storage management snap-in used in XP treats partitions without a mbr or any sort of filetable it can recognize as uninitialized and offers you the option of formating them.

    How can they know it's a Google TV and not a pc. Does this device have a home brew community?
    If some one "jailbreaks" or makes the Google TV lie to the websites about what system it is so i can watch everything I'm not getting one.

    You do know 4chan has a big comics board right? People on it are pretty heavily into comics. If the world is out that the author cares enough to discuss with his fans the non hardcore fans will hear good things from the hardcore crowd and also buy.

    The ancient Greeks(or was it the romans?) had a system with 5 flags / torches spaced equally. Able to comunicate things like Enemy approaching, horizon clear, supply whatever etc.
