The only authorization he needed was when his NIC said "can I have an IP address please" and the router said "you bet! Glad to be of service!" (Sirius Cybernetics routers all come with Genuine People Personalities).

    It's that last bit, the "promises to fix the situation that caused you to get angry ...", that doesn't seem to be working. Sounds like they have an ongoing problem in their support area that they have been unable or unwilling to fix.

    Perhaps this is not the auxiliary storage you're looking for, but Samsung offers a few models of the Sansa, e.g. the e280, which have SD card slots. The e280 is flash-based and does play video OOTB.

    I disagree. The tax is levied against the consumer, however it is the responsibility of the business to collect and remit the tax. Compare with use tax, which is what a citizen is supposed to remit to his state of residence for good bought elsewhere. Even on Amazon.com.
