Why would you allow an optout? If your network isn't spewing garbage, it'll never get noticed.
But Comcast might consider downloading torrents garbage. Or even perhaps visiting Slashdot. What then? With their track record, I almost KNOW that this will be abused.
With AMD if it ain't a Sempron it has VT, or whatever AMD calls theirs, and the "bang for the buck" on the new duals and quads means I can give my customers more RAM and bigger HDDs, which I have found for a good 99.95% of the average folks out there matters more than having the fastest CPU out there.
Actually the latest Sempron, the 140 has AMD-V support.
You're telling me that my neighbor decided to be a nice person and set their SSID to "linksys" and keep it un-secure!? Damn, I never knew they were such nice people!
I use open source software when it is superior or equal to the closed source offering. Some open source software is great (Firefox, Notepad++, VLC), some decent, and some not so good. I'll use an example: I use Firefox because it's superior to Internet Explorer. However, is Firefox "superior" to Opera? No. If need be, I would switch to Opera in a blink of an eye. I care about the quality of the software more than the license of the software (well, within reason, of course).
Yeah, you can get it here. Basically it's Expression Web 1.0 but with some SharePoint stuff added in. Though, SharePoint designer doesn't seem to have syntax highlighting support for PHP.
I've always wondered if the FSF was actually somehow on Microsoft's payroll. They' sure as hell aren't doing free software/open source any good. If anything, they're making people want to avoid using open source thanks to Rick Stallman's antics.
The "The names x86-64 or x64 are sometimes used as vendor-neutral terms to collectively refer to the two nearly identical implementations." line has been included in the article since at least October 1st, 2006.
Actually the new Sempron 140 has AMD-V.. It can also unlock into a dual core. As always, even though AMD can't compete on the high end, they can almost always compete on the low end and lower mid-range.
They'd better just rerelease the old classics or give them new graphics and rerelease them like Lucasarts did.
Yeah, like what they did with Tomb Raider: Anniversary. I felt that Anniversary was a rare case where the remake was better than the original. Though, I doubt EA is innovative enough, and we'll just end up with Road Rash 2010.. Road Rash 2011 and so on..
Whenever you play a game of Tomb Raider: Underworld, heaps of data about your playing style is collected at Eidos' servers.
Thanks for the heads up, so I won't buy it. I personally don't like having everything I do monitored in some way on some server with a shady privacy policy.

I've run Office 2007 on a Via C7 (1.5GHz) with a gig of RAM, and it ran decently. Not quite as fast as Office 2003, but fast enough.

These days you'll have to deal with the Linux Genuine Advantage.
There has to be some way for people to compensate me for having to hear the shit reasons these people spew out for being greedy.
The GTX 280 goes for $240 on NewEgg. Around a 15 FPS difference for $100.

I'll make a song where Microsoft Sam reads out the article with a click track made in Audacity in the background.
I know that Opera has an "awesome bar" implementation. I also believe that Safari has an "awesome bar"-ish implementation.
Yeah. I'm still waiting for that 10GHz Pentium 4 you guys were talking about.

The terms x86-64 and x64 are often used as vendor-neutral terms to collectively refer to x86-64 processors from any company.
Basically your post is a way to let me **WHOOOSHH** you.
Yeah, I took one note for this project I have. I'm going to take it to my publisher who has the information to deliver that info on the right path.

Yeah, like DALnet and most of the other popular IRC networks aren't notable.

Yeah, like they don't have enough money as is. The CEO's are selfish too.

Contact them and express your hatred.
Does that mean the next version of Office will really be a re-branded version of Office 97?
Where is your "country" exactly? I'd love to know, so I could move there, thanks.
